Thank you to the the staff at this medical center. You guys have always been polite and helpful. The issue I have is with Dr. Baddar. You Sir have treated me disrespectfully and youre not a man of integrity. You know what I do in my profession when I come to a point where I dont know something? I either find the right person to help or educate myself on the lack of knowledge I experience at the time. What I dont do is act like an ass and walk around like I know everything. You as a doctor put people in danger when you act carelessly. You do not know me but for some reason wanted to classify me as a drug addict. During my accident I have experienced horrible anxiety. Today is July, 7 2017. I came to see you a couple of months ago and we spoke briefly on my anxiety. I told you I have not needed Ativan because I thought I reached a point where it wasnt so severe as it was in the beginning. I came to you today because my anxiety has come back and I dont understand it. You were supposed to help me. Instead you assume you know everything about everything. You dont!! I asked for a referral and you said "I will not give you a referral". When I first started this journey to better understand my anxiety and get this treated you guys told me if you couldnt get it under control you would refer me out. Today you lost your integrity because you lied to me. I sincerely experience bad anxiety since my fall. Sir Im not a drug addict and for you to tell me you would refer me to rehab was a slap in my face. Should we send you back to medical school? Now I will continue to suffer because youre not smart enough to handle my anxiety and not humble enough to refer me out to somebody that can. For your information Ive been trying to control this anxiety for three weeks now on my own because I didnt want to take Ativan. Today I gave up and needed help for which I am entitled too. You should be ashamed of yourself and the way you treated me. I was very embarrassed with the way you treated me. I dont know what to say other than I will be filing a complaint against you. You should answer for the way you acted today.

Took my wife here this past Saturday to get looked at. She was having a lot of coughing and congestion, so we thought we would check this place out. Everything went very well, and we were in the front door and back in the car to leave in about 20 minutes! P.A. Shields was thorough and very nice during the entire process and answered any questions that we had. If each experience were like the one my wife and I had a couple of days ago, then I would recommend this office to everyone.

The staff was nice and friendly I was only person there so I was in and out ... was surprised that they didnt take my insurance there so I ended up paying outta pocket which was fine because I didnt wanna wait the two hrs at patient first but I have a major insurance company so it was a little inconvenient

The name "in and out" is a drastic misrepresentation of what youll actually experience here. I have never been here and not been left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour+. Very slow and frustrating. I will say though that the employees are always friendly.
