As the previous reviewer noted...their continuos trips out of town for conferences etc., are annoying..as are the two hour lunches and early closures etc., but the real problem with this place is Dr. Sandra Houck. It used to be a consistently decent quality of service with Belvedere and Lambert, but when they decided to drag Houck into the mix they ruined the whole operation. She presents a fake nice facade, but she is the worst. If you want to find out for yourself why.. she is always available for an appointment, but better to wait until she retires, or is fired...maybe then, and only then will this place come out of the gutter. Mark Kotlarek is a dentist in Houston (see other review) probably a buddy of Lamberts. Like i said the main problem isnt Lambert (when is there, and not rushing to get out early, or jet off to a "conference") The problem is Dr. Sandra Houck.

I was a cash-paying patient with Lambert for 25 years. Rates are at the 90th percentile, so youd expect good service and clinically they are very good. But never once was I sent a thank you by docs, offered a break on whitening, or some other form of thanks for your business. But, enough was enough when I tried to reschedule a hygiene appointment and was told Id have to wait well over a month. Sorry, but there are other equally qualified dentists who are willing to work for my business, have evening hours, dont take Fridays off in the summer, and arent flying always flying away to this or that dental conference for a vacation tax write-off. Saw a new dentist in March. Seems just a good with more convenient hours for me.

Dr. Lambert and Dr. Houck are great dentists and people. My family has always been able to get timely appointments whether it be a chipped tooth, cavity or cleaning. Both dentists have provided excellent advice on a variety of dental issues. Whats more, they have surrounded themselves with a fabulous support staff who is knowledgeable and genuine.

I cannot say enough about the staff here, from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants to the Doctors. They are friendly, personable and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They truly care about their patients and make you feel like family. Dr. Lambert and Dr. Houck are the best! Highly recommend!
