If I could give zero stars I would. But I suppose the surgery deserves one star as it worked. After surgery I was asked to pay and did not receive a receipt, after numerous calls to their office and talking to a receptionist asking for a bill to be emailed to me I have still received NO BILL OR RECEIPT. After calling for a dental emergency and pressing the button asked of me IT DID NOTHING, NO TRANSFER, NO REPLY, NOTHING. JUST KEPT RAMBLING ITS PRERECORDED RESPONSE. Be careful, they also overcharged my gf and didnt mention it and tried to make it sound like a "credit" to her account afterwards.

The care was good, but the billing is terrible. For the second consecutive visit, Ive been billed and told my insurance wasnt valid. In both cases my insurance was indeed valid, and in the last case, they failed to submit the bill to my insurance! Incompetent, and a waste of my time to straighten it out.

I had the worse experience ever with Dr. Gerlach. This individual has the worse bedside manner and very unhelpful. I had pain in my gum after the surgery. I called this creature for help. He was curt and unhelpful. Stay away from him. Go to Dr. Rahimi at Minnesota Maxillofacial and Oral Consultants, PA.

Received excellent dental care for an implant with Dr. Peterson. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, the lobby is nice and the wait times are short. The directions I received for follow-up care were thorough and understandable.

Excellent doctors but an air of arrogance permeates the entire staff. They could all benefit from some lessons in empathy.
