I have been a long-term patient of Normandale Village Dentistry, which Dr. Zeis purchased from my long-term dentist just over a year ago. New paint, new pictures, new books, new (and younger!!) faces, but GREAT DENTISTRY!!!! Paulette has been the long-term hygienist for me and my now grown children and I have probably only had my teeth cleaned by someone other than Paulette maybe once in 20 years, so obviously I think she is the greatest hygienist in the world. Dr. Zeis is a dentist and an entrepreneur but when you ask her “how it is going” the first word out of her mouth is “fun” and she loves what she does. She cares about her patient’s wellbeing and is excellent. They do a great job at Zeis Dental for routine cleaning and maintenance and more involved work. I had some older fillings replaced at Dr. Zeis’s request and her empathy and quality of work was excellent. She was very specific on the procedure, what to expect, what the symptoms would be if there were any issues—there was no discomfort at all and there were no issues. She is smart and is an advocate of patient care and is proactive in educating her patients about what is in their best interest for their dental health, which is what I want for any medical care provider. I do not give on-line reviews frequently and I only do it if I really believe people will benefit from my experiences and I believe anyone who is searching for a dentist will be well served by Dr. Zeis and her staff.

Dr. Nancy Zeis has overly impressed me since I started seeing her! At my first visit, the waiting room appearance, the smiling and helpful staff, the attentiveness to time, and, of course, the thorough cleaning and follow up was tremendous! Scheduling the necessary follow up was very easy and met my schedule, not just theirs (which had been my prior experience with taking months to get an appointment.). I even got a Caribou gift card thanking me for being a new patient, can it get better than that?! I truly didnt think it could be any better, until the moment my 3.5 year old fell into a slide at preschool at 5:20p last week. My daughter was hysterically crying and when I looked at her mouth, no blood, but her front tooth was pushed back and she was complaining of pain and a loose tooth. Nancy was not my daughters dentist, but she was my dentist. I called her, mind you this was an hour after her office closed, and she was heading to dinner with a friend. She insisted on meeting me at her office to assess my daughter and take x-Rays. We did this and Dr. Zeis not only diagnosed, provided a calm, welcoming demeanor for my daughter and myself, but also, allowed me peace of mind that all would turn out fine. Peace of mind, and a great dentist in this case, are all we need as parents and as patients! Thank you Dr. Zeis for providing exceptional care, a great experience, and an attentive and kind heart for myself, and so many others!

Our family has been going to Normandale Village for 30 years. Although I usually have a difficult time changing/choosing a new dentist (or doctor), Dr. Zeis made it an easy transition when the former dentist retired 1.5 years ago... The office received a makeover - physically and more - the wooden floors and new decor make it seem more clean and airy. New techniques include a special rinse combining water with an antiseptic mouthrinse together with an herbal product to aid in healthier gums. Dr. Zeis has replaced a crown and done a great job making the process pain-free, perfect fit, and great color-matching. Her smile and upbeat attitude together with her perfectionism, proved me being very happy with the results. I needed a root canal and she referred me to great endodontist - very happy there, too - successful results and pain-free. Paulette continues to be the wonderful hygienist - also from many years ago - my favorite in 50 plus years. She compliments me on my good work, makes them feel squeaky clean, and helps me keep my teeth from potential decay by encouraging/nudging me when there may be a place I could give a little more attention. Again, I was ready to find another dentist closer to my work and home upon retirement of the former one but, hands down, Dr. Zeis and Paulette are worth the trip for me to Bloomington. Thank you, ladies!!

Zeis Dental is by far the best dentist you can choose! I began going to Zeis Dental in the summer of 2016 when I moved to Minneapolis and I was looking for a new dentist. I had a great dentist in Texas prior to moving and little hopes I would find a dentist as good as my old one. During my first visit I walked in and was immediately greeted by Brock with a big smile and very friendly small talk. I sat down and not two minutes later I was ushered back to the exam room. I was promptly greeted by another smiling face and very genuine questions about what brought me to Minnesota and my life. I then had an excellent cleaning (which I barely even realized was taking place because there was absolutely no pain or poking). After that sweet Dr Zeis came back and checked out my teeth but first we had a very sincere conversation about my life and move to Minnesota. Everyone who I interacted with was so nice and has always made it a point to catch up and always remembers exactly who I am and what we had discussed at my prior visit. Zeis Dental really invests not only in great dentistry but also great connections! I have referred all my friends to Zeis and they have all agreed with me! I work downtown and live in St Louis Park and although Bloomington is out of the way you cant put a price on dental hygiene or great people! Five stars!!!

After not being to the dentist in quite some time, I was a bit reluctant to go. I had canvassed the area looking for someone that could not only take care of a crown I needed, but also clean everything else up. I decided upon Normandale Village Dentistry and I could not be happier. Whether it was the always pleasant receptionists, the wonderful dental assistants and hygienists, or even Nancy herself, everyone there made me feel comfortable. From welcome bags to Thank You cards, they really made me feel special. I always left there smiling a little wider, but maybe that was thanks to my amazing job they did with my teeth. I dont normally review things online, but after my most recent interaction I felt I would be remiss if I did not. A HUGE thank you to Jessica, Nancy, and Anna for all you have done for my smile. And thank you to the entire staff at the desk for making things so easy and always being helpful. If you are unsure where to go for your dental work, do yourself a favor and go to Normandale Village Dentistry.

I have been seeing Dr. Zeis since she moved into the office at Normandale Village. I have been really impressed with her skill and ability to take on the clients of this office. She is very friendly and is a great dentist. I have been attending this office since I was a baby, and have been seeing Paulette since that time. Paulette is the greatest dental assistant. She makes you feel comfortable and does an amazing job of giving recommendations for your dental help. I always look forward to seeing Paulette twice a year. Zeis Dental does a great job of taking care of their patients. They even called me to schedule an appointment on a day they knew I had off letting me know they had openings.(I am a teacher so getting into the dentist is sometimes challengeing). That is truly customer service!
