This office is amazing starting with a dentist himself and finishing with incredible stuff! Everyone is highly professional and do their job with the highest quality. Appointments are exactly at the time you schedule them not a minute later, if they tell you that they will get back to you today with a answer to your question- they definitely do that. I was very impressed with how this office stuff operates and never seen anything like it. Dr. Lam is a whole an other chapter! He is not only great in what he does he actually cares about his patients. If he said it will take 30 min you can take this to the bank because you will be out of that office in exactly 30 min. So if you looking for a place where not only they will take a great care of your teeth but also will meet 7 out 5 requirements:)) you will have with a highest rating possible then dont even look any further- maple brook dental is where you need to go . Let me start by saying I have extreme dental fear. I havent had dental insurance in several years so I knew I was in for some work. Upon calling I was greeted by Sarah at the adminstration desk. Sarah is absolutely fantastic and helped ease my nerves before I even came in. After meeting Dr. Dan and addressing what needed to be done he as well helped calm my nerves and made sure I was comfortable. We can skip the details of what I had done but lets just say they arent the most fun procedures to have done. And after 4 hours or more in the office, Im on my way to a healthier mouth! Still more work to be done. But at this point.. I dont think Id ask another team to fix my teeth. I thank everyone in that office for being so patient and inviting.

Atmosphere is relaxing. Tea, coffee and water available in waiting area. Receptionists are courteous. Dr Lam and Jean my dental hygienist explains what procedures and gives feedback on what has or has not changed from last visit. I never rushed during my visit s. Services at Maple Brook have provided my dental care for over 15 years. Excellent and professional.
