Upon my arrival at Aspen Dental in Brooklyn Center, I walked into a comforting eathen toned efficient front room, and with the available downloaded paperworks filled out, explained to the unshakable hygenist who gave me a pleasant greeting that I was going to be scaring her for the present dental condition I bestowed upon myself. We started a few minutes before the set appointment time, and as I walked through the hallway with gorgeous window arts, we had a few break the ice glad to meet you jokes along the way. In comparing to the smaller Dental places I had been too, Aspen Dental is a very tightly run ship in the business end, with the team members being specialists within their job descriptions, and all the gathered data is reconfirmed for accuracy. Upon the Docs arrival, who is hands down one of the most kool people Ive ever met, explained to me the process and the final synopsis is not judged by my arrival condition, as the final status of treatment. What I envisioned in my head, thinking Im a tad of a technical guy, needed some adjustments with the really kool high end scanning and premold sequences. all in all, I had "2" visits with one trip, and the manager wrapped my new learning of sequences with the various financial options. One may get the impresion that Aspen is operated as a factory with the sequencing, but this appearance will be offset by the genuine thanks from the team to choose Aspen Dental. In a day where we have been ( customers) slighted by the lack of genuine compassion, a new and continuing patient will never depart without a full understanding of the full process with the most freindly and humorous staff Ive ever met!

My experience was a very good one. I called due to tooth pain and jaw pain. I was given an appt. the next day after I contacted AspenDental even though I do not have dental insurance. It was my first visit and they kept their word as advertised. My X-Ray and examination was free. During the visit from the time I walked into the office from the receptionist, to all dental specialist I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I was told every step that would take place, and introduced to each person who would be providing each service which was 2 different dental assistants besides Dr. H. Ismsil I was also showed and explained on a tv screen what condition my teeth were in and what I needed to do to save them. Last I met with the Office Manager to go over the prices for services needed to repair and restore my teeth. He gave me a itemized copy of the services I needed and the cost. He shared the ways that services are paid for like through dental insurance, discount dental plans, finance companys, credit cards and cash. I was given time to leave to make a decision and call back to schedule my appt. to do the work. What really impressed me was when I talked with the Office Manager how I stuggled with my 15 month old granddaughter when my husband ran out to the car for a minute and how a dental staff entertained her by blowing up a platex glove into balloon and drawing a funny face on it. I definitely will be returning for them to repair and restore my teeth.

First I met Ericka when I called. She had the Doctor look at my x-rays, before he agreed to help me. She then called me back within minutes, as promised, and made an emergency visit for me. This visit was ONLY hours away. This utterly surprised me, as I had never been to this office before. My Dentist does not extract teeth and I needed a tooth extracted. There were things that needed to be put into place before that could happen. She patiently worked through everything with me, while I scurried to accommodate the necessary requirements. I had no Insurance. My daughter planned to pay for the visit, yet we could not reach her, and with only hours to spare, Ericka was a champion! Then upon arrival, next I met Connie, the Dentists Assistant. She put me at ease immediately, despite my flurry of repeated questions. She was VERY knowledgeable, competent, and confident. Her manner was so reassuring. During the procedure she was so helpful and kind. Next I met the Dentist. Dr. Ismail. When I handed him my referral slip - which WAS for an Oral Surgeon - he shared he was a General Dentist. Uh-Oh!!! Yet he quickly assured me that he was capable of taking care of the extraction, yet gave me the chance to reconsider. He was also kind, as well as compassionate and caring. I was amazed. He did an absolutely fabulous job. Needless to say, I AM IMPRESSED with Aspen Dental!!!!!

Aspen Dental staff was absolutely, hands down, the most professional, kindest and compassionate people I have ever encountered in the dental field. I was so exhausted from having excruciating tooth pain only to be told by my other two dentists that the other one was at fault (concerning my root canal and the tooth behind it). Despite being in horrific pain, the other dentists put me on the schedule days later. After four consultations and paying over 200.00 and still getting nothing accomplished, I thought I am going to a brand new place. Am I ever glad I did !!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I was treated like I mattered, like they were genuinely concerned with my dilemma and they were, no matter what , going to resolve this tooth ache. So at that moment I became a patient of theirs. They took a lot of xrays, they explained thoroughly so I could understand all about my teeth, no one has ever done that for me. Long story short....I am sitting here tonight smiling ear to ear because my tooth ache is gone , my appointment was this afternoon and everything went perfectly. The Dentist was so unbelievably kind, calm, personable and patient. Not to be too over dramatic, I love these guys, I came in so disillusioned with the entire dental profession, and now my opinion has changed because of them!! THANK YOU!! Aspen Dental...Go there you will be glad you did!!!

Very friendly staff. I havent been to the dentist for a long time and I was worried about being overwhelmed with suggestions of services I need. However, the staff explained everything and helped me understand which services were priorities and which ones could wait. I also really loved that they sat down with me and went through pricing in great detail! They explained what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay out of pocket. They have financing options too. They gave me a detailed print out of their recommendations and the prices so I can decide what I want to do in future appointments. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dentist to others.

2015, went in to see if they took insurance. The receptionist was busy with a technical call. After four minutes, left. Came back after 15 minutes and no one was on the desk. It is a new business, thought they would be more attentive to wanting new clients must not need any new clients that walk in. It has been two years later. They have a new owner and the business is starting to settle down. Still, the crew changes from visit to visit. Problems I have had with them that has arisen they have fixed. Have not had work done by the new dentist so not sure how she is. Their new hygienist is experienced and good. .So, though I have three stars then I will give them 4 now.
