I would never bring my child back to this office, and would hope to save you the same hassle and frustration that my family has went through. There are many other better options out there. tl;rd: Lack of professionalism and courtesy They were extremely unprofessional with every interaction I had with them. Their x-rays were not aimed properly, they WAY over billed, and were very argumentative at every stage of the process. For example: Tooth & Co created a care plan for my 7 year old daughter, that needed a few fillings, and demanded that she requires composite fillings (that are not covered by insurance) in her posterior teeth that totaled over $1,800 out of pocket. When I saw the extreme price I requested an updated care plan that included amalgam fillings for her posterior teeth to try to save some money. The receptionist and then the dentist became highly argumentative, talked down to me, and stated that amalgam fillings were an inferior product (along with other false statements) and they would not consider them for my daughters baby teeth. Now if money was no object, if these were anterior teeth, or if these were adult teeth I would considered composite fillings for aesthetic reasons, but they way they treated me, and to outright lie is just inexcusable. In reflection it was some of the most poorly executed high pressure sales tactics I have ever experienced. A couple weeks later I decided to try another dentist. (It took me a while to get the courage up after such a terrible set of interactions) I requested via email the (improperly aimed) x-rays that Tooth & Co took. I didnt receive a response so a few weeks later I emailed again. A couple more weeks went by and I finally received this response below: Hi, Our office DID send over the xrays on 12/14. Here they are again, all xrays were taken on 10/19/15 I didnt alter that in any way. UPDATE: After my daughters treatment plan was completed at a different dental office the total after insurance was less then $300 out of pocket. While Tooth & Co plan stated I would pay over $1,800 out of pocket, for the same work, with the same insurance. The $300 I ended up paying included new (out of pocket, properly aimed, x-rays) and composite fillings as Tooth and Co had planned.

Dr. Sakhi saw my son about a few cavities. I was concerned and wanted to be sure we were going to make the best decision & know what was going to happen. The 2 seperate times I discussed this with her she was rude to me because I was asking too many questions. She had a condescending attitude and even laughed at me. I emailed the office so they knew why I decided to go somewhere else and hope she learns to be more understanding with potential clients in the future. Of course no reply back.

We are very pleased with the care that Dr. Sakhi and her team provide. The building is designed with kids in mind--its modern, fun and functional. My kids especially love the movies they get to watch during their cleaning. :-) Dr. Sakhi knows her patients and takes time to explain dental care. Weve had a great experience every time.

They are a welcoming place as soon as you step in the door. The dentist is highly professional, very knowledgeable. The staff know kids well. It was not a scary experience for my son.
