Good hygienists, poor dentists. I have seen three different dentists here and they all have done poor work. I have had minor and major work done. They are more about pushing you through quickly and you are simply a number. They have no guarantee behind their work. If you are ok with getting a filling done then a month later you still have issues and need a crown, its your problem and on your dime. The billing ladies are rude and have no respect for patients or questions you may have. I would recommend finding someone in your network that has a private practice that pours their heart into their work. For the price of dental care you deserve quality dental work.

Hygienist was very gentle, very nice. Dr. Esteban Lugo was TERRIBLE! He gave my daughter novacaine to pull 4 teeth, but did not make sure it was working before he started to pull them. He got very impatient and just kept working on her with tears streaming down her cheeks. It was completely awful. I specifically asked to never have him again, and when I made the next appointment for my kids, all 4 of them had him again! He didnt even talk to me, just sent messages through the hygienists. Dr. Olson was much, much better when we saw him.

Had gentle care by Hygienist, Kari and Dr Olson is always ready to please. He did a crown for a tooth that borderline needed a root canal; thankfully, he was able to save it with just a crown! I was grateful. My hygienist since told me that the crown was done very well. Im impressed.

I had to go in and had several cavities filled. Much to my surprise the appointment took less than an hour (I was expecting maybe 2), relatively painless, and best of all, the bill came in considerably less than I was originally quotes. Very professional and efficient dentistry!

Our hygienist was very kind to my twelve year old. She encouraged her to brush better especially in certain areas. Recommended an electronic tooth brush. We got it. She now has braces through their Riverdale location and YES, brushing report is top notch #1.
