Believe me, this dental office is ALL about making as much money off of you (and your insurance company) as they can get away with. Dr Zettler even created a situation that caused further expense and work to be done (drilling to far down for a filling--then having to come back because an abscess formed--then having her say "oops!" with a devious smile, "looks like youre going to need a root canal!"). Please do not allow them to use their "in-house" or "on-site" crowns. The discomfort weve experienced with those has been a headache (literally). We have been told by two other dental offices that they were terrible and not formed correctly. We have since had them removed and replaced (another unnecessary expense caused by Cherrywood). Rambling on and on, I know.... but finally, while waiting for my appointment (to see what caused an abscess to form on my gums), I overheard Dr Zettler giving a pep talk to her staff that revenues for the quarter were down and they really needed to step it up. WOW! what a discomforting thing to hear at a dental office. Weve obviously gone elsewhere and our teeth have never been happier. Your reply (below) Dr. Zettler, is not sincere or truthful! You are possibly the most conniving (in a negative sense) and insincere business person Ive meet. You, single-handedly, ruined a total of 6 fillings and caused 1 abcess and subsequently, 1 root canal for our family. Everything youve done to my family has been redone (HAD TO BE REDONE because everything was breaking apart or falling out!). ??No record of me?? Now I can add "A LIAR" to the list for you.

Dr. Zettler and the staff at Cherrywood Dental provide outstanding service and care. I have been a patient for 4 years and continually recommend Cherrywood Dental to friends and family. The office/atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They truly do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Zettler are all friendly, personable and truly care about your dental health. They provide top of line dental technology as well as top of the line service. Dr. Zettler is hands down the most personable dentist Ive ever met and extremely thorough. Theyve gone above and beyond for customer service such as accommodation with scheduling and appointments. For example - I accidentally came in on the wrong day for an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in right then rather than having to come back the next day. Another example - Just today I went in for a cleaning, found a cavity, and were able to take care of it right away rather than having to make an appointment to come back at a later date. You truly will not be disappointed with Cherrywood Dental and I highly recommend Dr. Zettler and all of the staff members!

If you look in the dictionary under "Dental Fear" you might have seen my photo. That is until I met Dr. Zettler and her team at Cherrywood Dental in Savage Minnesota. To say that having dental work done is a fearful experience that I would avoid at all cost, would be an understatement for me thanks to a few bad dental experiences when I was young, I have struggled with dental fear my entire life and I am now 48 years old. Thats a lot of years of unnecessary fear. But that completely changed after my experience with Dr. Zettler at Cherrywood Dental. Over the past 8 months, Dr. Zettler worked on an extensive amount of much needed dental work in my mouth and with each appointment, my fear diminished and my confidence increased because of the excellent work she provided. I finally had my final dental work done today, and I am happy to report that I was actually excited for this appointment, knowing that I never have to fear the dentist again. Thank you Dr. Zettler for the amazing dentistry you provide and moreover thank you for creating peace in my mind for dental work that will last for the rest of my life.

The staff is friendly and professional. The building and equipment is modern. I had to use a different clinic due to a change in insurance. That clinic urged me to undergo a number of different procedures immediately. Fortunately, before I committed to the procedures my insurance changed again and I was able to go back to Cherrywood. Cherrywood gave me a full review and concluded that I didnt need any of the procedures done at that time. Years have now gone by and Ive yet to have any trouble with what the other clinic claimed needed to be immediately done. While the other clinic was likely looking for a cash-grab, Cherrywood appears to have a philosophy of being honest and keeping their patients happy so that they continue to return.

Great experience - and my smile proves it! The first time I went to Cherrywood I was seated promptly and everyone one was very courteous with smiles on their faces. I figured everyone was being nice becuase I was a new customer, not the case. Ive been going back routinely and everytime I get the same great hospitality. Dr. Zettler gives me clear direction and forthright answers. No wishy-washy answers that make me unsure of what needs to be done, like I got from previous dentists. The whole staff is proffessional and creates a great enviorment to be in, which is important to me, especially for a dentist office. My whole family goes there and am very happy with Cherrywood!

Ive known Dr Melissa Zettler for over 15 years now. I must say she one of a kind when it comes to being an awesome dentist . The minute you meet her you will feel her compassion for her patients. She is a true perfectionist when it comes to her practice, helping each patient on a individual basis and best of all her work is beautiful. She is very gentle and caring. She is always up to date with the newest techniques and materials used in dentistry. Dr Zettler definitely has that special dental practice that you actually look forward to your next dental appointment.

My husband woke up with tooth pain, he had never been to a dentist in MN, and the dentist I use couldnt get him in. I needed to get him in quickly to take X-rays and get a referral for an appt for Oral surgeon in 2 days. They told me they could get him in today for X-rays and they actually do extractions and could do that the next day. They worked with me on billing and then not only did they do the X-rays today, they were able to pull it today as well. No extra trip. They were so wonderful and I am strongly considering switching my dental provider!!!

I didnt think it mattered which dentist I went to until I met Dr. Zettler at the health club and based on some comments and suggestions she made to me I decided to give her a try. Its a lot further for me to drive there, but after over 3 years and some pretty major work I feel the switch to Cherrywood was a great decision. Its not just the expertise at Cherrywood that makes me happy about switching to them, its also the people. They are some of the nicest, brightest and professional people you will ever encounter. I highly recommend Cherrywood Dental.

Melissa and the gang are awesome I cant imagine trusting my teeth to anyone else. very friendly From the girls at reception ( Molly ) and all the staff in back I actually have my own personal tooth polisher ( Heidi) shes awesome!. They take away the stress of having dental work done. and even make your visit kinda fun at least fun as getting your head drilled can be. All my work has been done with precision with fantastic results. The confidence in how they perform there work is amazing. Like I said cant imagine going anywhere else. Mark Gjerde
