This was one of the least professional clinic I have ever gone to. Customer Service is not a priority for them. My hygienist called in sick and they had a fill-in who pretty much did nothing for me. I do cleanings 3-4x per year and each cleaning lasts a good 45-60 minutes. This one took 15 minutes and she clearly skipped all the steps to cleaning. She was insensitive to my medical condition and asked me personal questions that made me very uncomfortable. To add to all this, I was very specific around not getting an exam and she skipped all my notes and went against my ask and still had a Dr come in for the exam. To say they are unprofessional would be an understatement.

I HATE the dentist. It has been a few years since I went, and I had a lot of work to do. Dr. Young and the hygenists were amazing. They always put me first, listened to my needs, talked to me about details and procedures, and made me feel comfortable.

Been going to this location for most of my adult life. Theyve always been good explaining things and are patient with you. They always leave the choice up to the patient on if you should do something. They dont pressure you just to get your money.
