Went to Metro dental for 15 years, had a problem with a crown on vacation out of state, couldnt speak to a dentist. Then when I came back they wanted to see me for a possible referral to a metro dental specialist at another office. Made an appointment with B&M at 9am for 12 noon same day! Took a 3D pan of my teeth, realized it was a sinus infection not a crown problem. They did not charge me for the hour long visit! This office is professional and in the business of really caring for your needs. Waiting room has a designer touch with current furniture. Best is the monitor showing great before and after shots of customers teeth. The staff from the front reception to the hygienist and dentist all receive top marks. They have personality and treated me like I was a loyal customer for years. Any work that needs to be done in the future like crowns or root canals can all be done at this location as well as doing the routine cleaning. I am honored to be their customer and now a part of their family. Dont continue to be treated like a patient in a 3rd world socialist country! This place is the best! A+

With it being so close to Christmas I went in for a teeth cleaning feeling a bit like the Grinch (maybe even looking like the Grinch) and I was in one of those peculiar moods where I just wanted to sit in my grumpiness but as soon as I walked into the office you could tell Holiday cheer was in the air. The two ladies at the front desk welcomed me very warmly and told me to take a seat. I maybe waited about five minutes and I was led to the back by a lovely woman by the name of Sue. She is very charming and professional she told me to relax and close my eyes. She went right to work chipping away at my Grinchy mood and Grinch-like teeth. At one point when she was brushing my teeth I could have sworn I heard an angel sing but that office is full of angels so it could have been anyone. By the end of my cleaning Sue showed my pearly whites and even gave me advice to switch to a softer tooth brush because my gums are beginning to recede. Overall I had a great experience and I would return in a heart beat. I left the office with my teeth cleaned and joyful holiday spirit.

I have been seeing Dr. Morgan for a multitude of years and for a number of services. I honestly could not picture myself ever leaving for another dental office, either. Every experience has not only been comfortable, but quite educational as well. I enjoy the fact that Dr. Morgan is very honest and open about his work, attentive to your needs, and displays a ton of passion for his profession. I would also like to give a shout out to one of their dental hygienists, April. Shes always a blast and you can tell she really cares about you and enjoys what she does. One other high point is their scheduling. The front desk is always quick to get you in when unforeseen tooth issues arise. If youve never enjoyed your visits to the dentist, I highly suggest checking out Babcock and Morgan Family Dental. Immediately after walking in, you can tell their employees really enjoy their work environment and certainly care about providing you with the best experience possible. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I am a new patient of Dr. Morgans. I was initially referred to Babcock and Morgan Family Dental by my childrens pediatric dentist. I recently had two root canals completed by another dentist and was having unresolved problems with both teeth. My expectations were surpassed from the very first phone call to Babcock and Morgan. They made time for me that very day. The initial plan was to have crowns put on both teeth. While at the appointment, Dr. Morgan determined that the tooth had a crack beyond repair. Rather than continuing, he referred me to an Oral Surgeon and I was able to have the tooth extracted the same day. While it didnt turn out as I had hoped, I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity in which Dr. Morgan and his assistant, Jaimie, displayed. In addition, they both took extra time and care to answer all of my questions and educate me further with regards to my situation. My husband and I are thrilled to have found a family dental office to call home.

Due to chemotherapy my teeth began to break off, crack and looked terrible. I went to Dr. Morgan for a consultation on how to handle this problem. After discussing numerous options, we settled on crowns for 8 of my upper teeth. The first appointment was around 4 hours. During that time Dr. Morgan constantly asked about my comfort during the entire procedure and made certain I was as comfortable as he could make me. I left the office with temporary crowns. Dr. Morgan made it clear if I had any problems I was to immediately contact him and gave me his cell number. When I went back to get the permanent crowns put in I think Dr. Morgan was as excited as I was. When he was finished I dont who had the biggest smile, me or Dr. Morgan. There are no words to really make someone understand what a wonderful dentist and honorable man Dr. Morgan is. I would recommend him for any dental procedure you need. He is a dentist who treats you with kindness and compassion. Kimberly Purdon

The attention to detail is phenomenal, not only with the work being done on your mouth, and the finished product. The ENTIRE staff is fully engaged and aware of everything going on from the patients being serviced by staff, to who and how long someone has been waiting in the waiting room. Not only the receptionists who are pleasantly taking care of appointment check-ins, etc. Dr. Morgan, and the gals working on patients in the back notice and inquire why someone would be waiting. Ive been going to Dr Babcocks office forever, being as frightened of the dentist as I am, I always walk out satisfied and happy. However, my recent visit just blew me away when everyone took such great concern with the man waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes plus, he didnt have to address them, they kept checking with him. They found the miscommunication and were very apologetic, as it had nothing to do with appointment scheduling. This is an office that flows in TEAM-MODE!!!

I have had a lot of bad dental experiences in my life, but everything here has been fantastic. The technological advances in dentistry are amazing, but the technician has to know and understand how to use the technology. I would say that this is what I am most impressed about Dr. Morgan. Ive had a dental implant and a crown placement in the last year, and they are both BEAUTIFUL! I wish I could get the rest of my teeth re-crowned and/or implanted, but I digress. The processes were quick, easy and painless. In the last process Shelby showed me my teeth on the cad cam and explained the process of how this computer can actually form my new crown...no more impressions! I must also add that the administrative team coordinates the insurance issues so I dont have to worry about who is paying what. Overall Im extremely satisfied with my teeth and my dental team. Thanks for providing such knowledgeable, diligent care for my family and me!
