To Kurk: You didnt get the point. Anyone can if they want simply and merely DONATE money to those organizations that protect endangered animals. Instead, hunters or poachers want to kill one of those endangered animals. If they really want to help they can just contribute with donations and leaving one more lion alive, since they are endangered. Because theres no logic in killing one endangered animal for sport to help other animals in the same situation. They are in danger precisely because of this kind of actions too, legal and illegal hunting. Both are putting in danger the population of the most hunted wild animals. To make it even more worst, this doctor you are trying to defend bamboozled everybody saying he has the permits and everything was alright and legal, but what about his lack of ethic and honest concern about endangered animals? If he really cares and wwants to help why he took away this lion outside the limits of the sanctuary in which Cecil was at the time IN PURPOSE ? Hunting this way is wrong. He left the body beheaded in the middle of nowhere with no respect or any kind of humane sense or regret. Any feelings but the mere satisfaction of his ego. For two days this lion agonized with an arrow trapped in his body. This was a protected lion with a tracking device around its neck that obviously was removed when this man beheaded it. There is no logic on hunting an endangered aanimal this way to "contribute or help" . We dont have to kill an animal for sport or entertainment in this way, people can just donate. What is the difference between someone who pays to kill and someone who just donate? : One endangered animal alive. And there in those conditions thats a huge difference. Because It is not so difficult to understand that One more lion in the wild alive would make a big difference than one more died. Killed for his skin, or paws, or head, to be some kind of trophy , or souvenir, or ornament in someones residence.. .. They are endangered animals. People should protect and respect them now more than ever. Why hunters want to sacrifice one in order to "help" others ? Thats not really a good help. Look.. There are two scenaries, two choices: There are 50,000 dlls from somebody who says want to "contribute to protect endangered animals" but in exchange he wants to kill one of them. So one animal of those endangered species must died for fun and finally take it as a trophy.. Or there are 50, 000 from somebody with a god heart who really dont mind nothing in exchange to contribute to protect endangered animals.... In this last scenario the lion still alive. You tell which one is better.

Walter James, I really hope you regret about having killed Cecil and I hope you change the idea of killing living beings for fun. why do you think you have the right to take lives? You must respect life!!! Walter James,! espero que se arrepienta por haber matado al león Cecil y espero que cambie su idea de matar a seres vivos por diversión. ¿Por qué cree que tiene el derecho de tomar vidas? Debe respetar la vida!!!

Worthless piece of garbage and waste of oxygen on this planet. This murdering maniac like to viciously murder innocent, majestic, exotic animals that are threatened extinction. I would throw this guy in my wood chipper feet first and stop the machine immidiately once passed his knees. Then I would sit in a lawn chair drinking beer and eating popcorn while I enjoy watching him suffer slowly and bleed out like he did with Cecil the lion. I would probably drill his eyes out too and if hes still alive hours later after I wake up from a nap, I would drag his sorry ass as far out in the bush as possible and leave him for the bears where he belongs. May he suffer eternal pain in the deepest, hottest pits of hell!

Poor sick .........

Worst place I have ever been to and I regret to be their patient for almost 2 years. They could not do wisdom teeth extraction but ask me to do a full scan that does NOT cover by my dental insurance. I said I would like to do the scan at the place where they can do the surgery at one time. After 2 days I received an letter from doctor Walter Palmer says I have been wasting of his time and no longer want to serve me, what a RUDE! WARNING for the current or future patients, if he asks you to do a checking, just do it! No matter you need it or not, not matter how much it costs, otherwise he will kick you out of his dental with the reason "REFUSAL OF TREATMENT"

Its interesting to note that all of the 1 star reviews are all people that have never visited this practice, which is a shame. I can tell you from personal experience being a patient here for the last 5+ years that the staff here is exceptional. Ive never met a friendlier more professional staff in my entire life. And that would include Dr. Palmer himself...hes just a genuinely nice person who takes time to talk to you and patiently answer all of your questions. I moved to Florida a few years ago and still come here to get my dental work when Im in MN, just because I like them so much.

Having been there a few times I can say that although he and his staff appear nice those are just appearances. Having been a patient I was outraged at what the dentist did and his callous lack of basic judgement and caring.. He is clearly too full of himself... on top of that theyre pretty much overpriced.. he still hires cheap hygienists to pump up his bottom line and profit from all of us.. p.s the 5 star reviews are probably by his inner circle of staff who dont want to lose jobs or patients who were given incentives to leave a 5 star review or something along those lines

I was about to see this dentist for my annual check up, but then I heard he cuts off heads and puts them on a wall in his home. If he was willing to pay $50,000 to kill a Lion on a different continent then who knows? He might decide to shoot me with an arrow, follow me around for a bit, then shoot me with a gun and skin me for free since he thinks its so much fun. Oh wait, maybe he had to kill one since they were bothering his local community so much.

i went on hols to america and needed some dental work doing while there.....went to river bluff and by english standards this place is disgusting, dirty with rude staff and exorbitantly over priced........if i had known then what i know now i would have just tied a piece of string around the offending tooth with a brick on the other end and just dropped the brick to remove it.......unfortunatly i have to leave at least 1 star

I dont really care about lions, crocodiles and other wild animals. But I know that Dr. Walter Palmer was accused of child molestation back in the day. Before the trial, his lawyer reached an agreement with the familys victim, thats why hes still not in prison. Someone told me he had to pay a lot for what he did to that kid. Dont take your child to that predators office.
