Ive been going to Grand Rapids Dental for approximately 5 years, and I cant say enough good things about Dr. Hagley and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Hagley is very skilled and knowledgable. Some of the techniques and tools he uses Ive never seen anywhere else. I believe he uses the best, most modern techniques available in dentistry in his practice. I know that Dr. Hagley truly cares about his patients. After having undergone what could have been a painful procedure, Dr. Hagley personally called me at the end of the day to check on me and see how I was doing. And, I know it wasnt a fluke deal, because he did the same thing after another similar visit. Both times I was happy to report that I was doing well, and everything was going fine. Maybe it was just luck, but it was probably that both procedures were done well, and with great skill. Ive had several dentists over the years, through moving around the country, and I truly believe hes the best dentist that Ive ever been to. I used to have what I would describe as a moderate amount of dental anxiety from other dentists that Id been to in the past, but thats gone now. When I first moved to northern MN and was looking for a dentist, I found Dr Hagley after doing a fair amount of research online. I know I made the right choice by choosing Dr. Hagley and Grand Rapids Dental Care.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Hagley for about 20 yrs, allowing me to share my experience with you. As a young kid, my first dentist was a good one, but didnt recognize the pain I was enduring and so I became traumatized about going to any dentist after those terrible years. Through a family referral, I found Dr. Hagley and can tell you that he is the most painless dentist Ive known. Not only is he a very capable one, but he can handle all types of difficult tooth problems and when hes over his head, hes smart enough to refer you to a different doctor. I had five new front upper ceramic crowns applied a number of years ago and now find that the stained and chipped teeth that prevented me from smiling much are now covered up and I can smile all the time. We all know that smiling makes you feel good too, so it was a win-win deal. His staff is very capable and friendly and you are always made comfortable. I think Grand Rapids Dental prices are very fair. Ive recommended Dr. Hagley to my friends and they too, are very satisfied. My before and after photos of my crowns are available to any patient for viewing prior to making a decision.

In todays world there is much more to the client experience besides excellent Dental Care. A great client experience requires friendly greeting when walking through the door, correct submitting of insurance paper work or working with the insurance company on cost estimates, excellent periodontal maintenance and services above and beyond the normal dental care. For our family the Grand Rapids dental care team provides top ratings for exceeding the complete client experience. We have been with Dr. Hagley and his team for over 10 years. I personally am just completing a dental implant. I had no pain, no infection, follow up calls from Dr. Hagley all at a reasonable industry cost. We would recommend the Grand Rapids Dental Care to anyone wanting excellent dental care, great business skills with insurance companies and kind, friendly staff. Based upon our client experience our family gives them a five start rating.

Dr. Hagley and his team are the best! Ten years ago when I moved to Grand Rapids, MN, I tried two other dentists in the area before finding Dr. Mike Hagley at Grand Rapids Dental Care. The instant I walked in the lobby, I was struck with the QUALITY of his practice. I was in awe of all that new technology that his office uses. I was immediately impressed by Grand Rapids Dental Care. I am basically the BIGGEST baby when it comes to going to the dentist but I have actually grown to relax in their professional, compassionate care. Just this morning after having a new crown put in, I realized that I didnt leave the dentists chair SWEATING bullets as I normally would do. I actually laughed with the staff at some of their conversational diversions:) I am so thankful that Grand Rapids, MN has Dr. Mike Hagley and the Grand Rapids Dental Care clinic. Thank you! Dr. Hagely was my dentist as a small child and took very good care of me back then. I recently have come back to him in the last year and he and his staff have taken such great care of me. What was potentially a devastating blow dealt to me about the future of my teeth was quickly turned into hope. Dr. Hagely has made it his personal mission to give my teeth the best possible care to avoid something that would be tragic for me. He cared enough to recognize that and has spent a.great amount of time.and effort on my treatment plan moving forward in caring for my teeth. I always feel welcomed and cared for during my visits by he and his staff and he is great at cracking some jokes to ease the tension for a patient who is highly anxious in that dentist chair. I would recommend Dr. Hagely to anyone. Thank you Dr. Hagely and the staff at Grand Rapids Dental Care!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hagleys since I was 16. I hadnt seen a dentist since I was 7 because of an extremely traumatic experience with a different dentist. I explained all this to Dr. Hagley the first time I saw him and I couldnt have asked for a more caring, gentle and understanding reaction. He knows my history and has been wonderful as a person and a dentist! His staff is phenomenal and I never hesitate recommending him to anyone who is looking for great dental care from someone who really cares about his patients.

Dr. Hagley and his staff are always so friendly! You never feel like a hassle there! They make you feel right at home. I travel back into town from college and I always try and make appointments when Im home because I never want to see any other dentist, and they are always accommodating :)! Also, I believe they are the leading dental clinic for cosmetic work! I had a crown put on my front tooth about 4 years ago and it was literally a perfect match. You would never be able to tell. I am very pleased!!

Ive been going to Dr. Hagley for 3 years. I am married with two children, and my wife has been a patient of his for about 20 years. Dr. Hagley has been great with the kids, who are not afraid to go to the dentist now. He also was able to help me in an emergency situation with no notice, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I have been extremely happy with the way I and my family have been treated and would highly recommend using Dr. Mike as your family dentist!

I was a 25 year patient of Dean Singsank until he sold his practice to Dr. Hagley. I was a reluctant transfer patient. Dr. Hagley and his staff have won me over wholeheartedly. The office is state of the art, the whole staff has knowledge about the latest procedures and they are very caring. I recently had to have a root canal, Dr. Hagley called me after hours to see if I was doing okay. I am so happy with Grand Rapids Dental that I now drive from Park Rapids. VERY HAPPY!!!
