My family (2 adults, 4 children) has been receiving dental services from Round Lake Dental for nearly 12 years. We have had EXCELLENT service from both Dr. Swenson and all of the hygienists we have seen there. Very professional yet friendly, great at dealing with kids, very comforting and reassuring when needing major work. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. The only reason we are changing dentists now is because Delta dropped Round Lake Dental from their list of in-network providers (not by Round Lakes choice). Our family of six cant afford to pay up front for services, so we are very sadly looking for a new dentist. If Delta picks Round Lake up again, we will be back in a heartbeat! Thank you for all you have done for our family, Dr. Swenson and staff!

my husband, my 3 year old daughter and my self went here for 6 months. They were SO respectful. It had been 13+ years since we had been to a dentist. (My self? I get MAJOR anxiety when it comes to the dentist!) and they made me feel very comfortable! Unfortunatly, they decided not to deal with Delta Dental anymore. They still accept delta but they ask that you pay for everything UP FRONT, and then you wait for delta to send you a reimbursement check. No thanks. I cant afford that. If they didnt do that? I would have stayed!

Not only is Dr Swenson the kindest dentist there is but he is also very good at what he does. I have been seeing him for nearly 25 years and I have had work done by other dentists in the US and in Europe and let me tell you, he is hands down the best I have seen. Not only is he very accommodating to me and my wife from Finland but his team of hygienists and office staff are very kind well trained. I will never recommend another dentist practice over this one.

All they wanted was to charge me for services I didnt come in OR ask for. They told me I would need so many things for my teeth, which ended up not being true. Bad experience.
