I would never recommend this hospital to anyone! I went to the hospital with an allergic reation to my prescription meds about 2 am. The first thing I was told by the nurse assigned to me was she never heard of my disease and then didnt ask me questions about it, only talked about her moms auto immune disease instead. Then soon after the IV meds knocked me out, the doctor woke me up and said Id probably prefer to sleep at home and asked if I had a ride home. I told her I drove and it would take about 30 minutes for my husband to walk there. She then asked if I was okay to drive. I was loopy, sleepy and slurring my speech. My IVs were removed, I was told to get dressed and then I could leave. I stood up, alone in the room and was dizzy, walked out of the room and then outside, without them knowing if I was going to unsafely drive or if I got a hold of my husband. I sat in the truck for 30 min while waiting for him. I believe was at the ER for approximately 1 hour. Not nearly enough time to recover enough to go home. I was given 3 prescriptions, all of which I was told by my physicians assistant that I didnt have to take. The doctor said I should take the morning to sleep and them I could go to my afternoon shift at work. She would write a work note for me, which she forgot to do. I called the ER and asked for the note to pick up on my way to work. I got to my job in transportation and saw that it was written to take the full day off, not just the morning by someone other than the doctor. I called in at the request of my supervisor and the lady, I dont have her name (I called into the ER at 1:35 pm on 8/21) was very rude to me, even hanging up on me. Again at the suggestion of my supervisor who heard the conversation, I called her back and talked to her about her poor customer service. She wasnt any better. I called back and asked her for a supervisor, no luck. I then called and asked Deb for a supervisor, no luck. I called the operator and asked for the charge nurse and was told I would receive a call in 30 minutes. I didnt receive a call. I felt very uneasy about my care and the competency of the staff. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is needed to make a review. Worst. ER. Ever. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I saw Dr. Ryan Bradley for pain and he did nothing but make me feel like a drug addict. I never asked for any narcotic pain relief i even told him that and he made fun of me saying that what Ive been taking (ibuprofen, tylenol) is the only non narcotic he knows of for pain relief. So he told me hes not going to do anything and told me to go home. I was literally sent home in the same excruciating pain that I arrived in. So much for patient care right? He acted like it wasnt even his problem. I called the supervisor and Im awaiting a call from his boss. I am here to tell everyone this place started out as an excellent ER but now that it has new Drs it is the absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE WANTING ACTUAL TREATMENT. This wasnt my first bad experience here so I know its not just him. Its the whole new staff of Drs theyve recently gotten. DONT GO TO NORTHEAST ER. I never want anyone to be treated like I was.. Ever.

I went in because of SEVERE pain that needed to be addressed. The minute I was in the examing room Dr Andrew Klutman basically accussed me and calling me a pain pill abuser and laughed in my face telling me I was not in pain and to go home. ( and this was just from me explaining where the pain was and my concerens of why I was hurting ) This Dr didnt even give me 5 min of his time. . I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED EVER. He was not even the least bit concerned about finding out why I was hurting or even trying to give me relief or make sure that I was comfortable. He actually made my pain even worse than it was before I went in. This place use to be so caring about their patients. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF ANYONE. Dr Andrew Klutman is a quack not a MD

They Gave me the best care I have received in a long time.... Friendly, fast, Caring and Nonjudgmental! I Have to say the best Staff I have encountered! Made me feel welcomed and cared for from the time I walked in the door till I walked out! The friendly security man that helped me check in, the Nurse who made me feel comfortable. The Doctor who listened to me and helped me! To the EMT guy who placed my IV and discharged me! All friendly helpful and Just way awesome! This is not my first time in last time was a few years ago and I received excellent care then as well! I highly recommend this place!!

Had to give one star just so I could review. This place transported my minor daughter to another facility over an hour away without even notifying me, much less obtaining my consent. The only way I found out that she had been transferred was when the new facility contacted me to clarify her medication. When I called to confront them she told me that she was sorry but got busy and "forgot". When asked if that was their standard of care and protocol she merely stammered out another apology. Ridiculous.....

Online say urgent care facility. When I walked in I asked if this was urgent care and they said yes. I went in with a sinus infection they checked blood pressure and listened to my chest and sent me on my way with prescriptions. 15 minute total visit. They billed me over $2300.00 . What a scam. Normally for urgent care I only pay a 40.00 deductable. I added the screenshot to the photos on here to show they falsely advertise as an urgent care facility

Amazing! Ive recommended this place to many people. I had recently had a terrible experience at St. Anthony Norths new ER on 144th and when my son needed to be taken to an ER for an arm injury I took him here. Their staff are some of the nicest, caring and genuine people! They made us feel so comfortable! From the nurses to the Dr.s these people truly care about their patients. Thank you! I will never go anywhere else. :)
