Do not come to this facility for medical treatment, no matter how minor! Swedish Family Medicine used to be a great place to go but no longer. It has been taking a nose dive for years now but after Dr. Groce left it has become increasingly worse. His so called Replacement" Dr. Faye is just awful. Hed rather discuss his "beliefs" about practices and medications rather than treat based on fact and what has worked in the past for each individual patient. My whole family used to be treated at Swedish Family and I can promise you that no matter the cost, we will be finding a new Primary Care facility. They are absolutely overrun with patients and while I recognize that this is not their fault, they have made no effort to fix it or come up with a system that actually works. Each and every time I have called for an appointment I have been on hold for at least 45 minutes. When you do finally reach someone they have an attitude with you... As if your being sick or in need of medical treatment is an inconvenience to them. Thats just for starters... once you finally manage to get a hold of someone and you get past whatever snarky employee, youll be lucky if they dont get your information wrong, schedule the wrong appointment (if they even bother to schedule it... Ive had appts that somehow were never even scheduled) or you dont get an appointment for weeks on end. God help you if you have a message for your physician, the message given is almost always given inaccurately and sometimes not at all. I dont honestly know how these people are still practicing or how they havent received a lawsuit yet. My Husband just had an appointment this afternoon regarding refills on his medications associated with his mental health. The Dr. he saw flat out told him that he "Didnt believe in anxiety or night terrors" and that it could be "controlled with a proper diet and exercise." Christ, Ive never seen a day of medical school and I can tell you that, that is horse sh** While a proper diet and exercise can help with these problems it certainly doesnt fix or "Control" them. Not to mention that a Doctors personal beliefs have NO place in a professional setting!!! A patient does not come to a doctor to discuss his/her beliefs. They come for treatment. PERIOD. The medications my Husband was prescribed are meds that he has taken for years now. He was not asking for early refills and thanks to their stellar appointment making skills my Husband had not taken his medication in 5 days as he had no refills left(which was the whole point of his appointment in the first damn place) they failed to call in an emergency supply to the pharmacy until the night before his scheduled appointment and when they did call it in they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Due to the lack of medication in my Husbands system he was experiencing extreme break through anxiety which he expressed to his Doctor and guess what??? Said Doctor then told him yet again that he "didnt believe" in prescribing medication for that... even though this is a medicine that has previously been given to my Husband by physicians that used to practice in the same damn building!!! Absolutely outrageous!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY. They do not care about your health or problems and you will be made to feel like an inconvenience, no matter the issue. Im sure Swedish Family will not care about losing a few patients, in point of fact Id be willing to bet theyll be relieved to lose a few considering how packed they are. Maybe if they have a more "manageable" amount of patients theyll actually learn how to run a practice; however I seriously doubt this will improve bedside manner or employing physicians that get paid to preach their philosophys. As mentioned above, My family and I used to see Dr. Groce at this practice and he was absolutely wonderful. He now practices at a facility that is about 25 miles from our home.... we are 100% willing to make that journey. Treatment here is a joke. The only reason I gave even one star is because you cannot post the review without at least one

Worst healthcare facility I have ever been to. First off I went to th ER for chest pains. I got diagnosed with pericarditis. Went for my follow up here. An I was still having chest pains everyday. Dr. Julia walked in wearing a short skirt! Kinda threw me off a little. Never been to a doctors office were everyday is causal Friday. So we started going over family medical history. Dr. Julia received all the answers to her questions. Dr. Julia never touched me! She walked out then came back in and said I reviewed your records from the ER visit I do not think you have pericarditis! I think its anxiety. I told her I have never had anxiety in my life! Never had a panic attack or anything of the sorts. Dr.Julia told me she wanted to put me on antidepressant. I proceeded to tell her I was not comfortable taking that! I am a very happy go lucky guy. An told her I read the reviews before I came here and all of them say you write antidepressants for everything. Dr.Julia LAUGHED IN MY FACE! So unprofessional! Did not answer any of my questions or my concerns. Mind you never touched me! So Dr.Julia wrote me a prescription for PROZAC! My family and I did not agree to take the antidepressants until I get another opinion. I went to my now primary care doctor and he diagnosed me with pericarditis! Then he sent me to a specialist he confirmed again that I have pericarditis. They both confirmed I have pericarditis! I was in a lot of pain in my chest and she laughs at me! She should be fired! An another thing she never even listened to my heart! Did not even touch me! You think that would be the first thing you do when someone is having chest pains! Not Dr.Julia in a short skirt! Dr.Julia was very unprofessional and aragant! Worse doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I walked out of that office worse than I felt when I walked in! Do not go here if you value your life! I would rate -5 stars if they would have let me!

I have never been to, nor dealt with a worse place for medical care. I had spent between 30 to 40 minutes waiting to set up an appointment and they set me up with Dr. Gozxxxxx and she was just very arrogant and wouldnt give me a prescription nor a limitations note after I had fallen off the back of a truck reinjuring myself after i had recent broken my tailbone. I wasnt asking for a note to be off work. I then called back and spoke with her superior and he said she was misinformed about the type of note i wanted. He then said he was going to transfer my call directly to scheduling but I got stuck on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. I called back a few minutes later amd almost 20 minutes later someone answered and the supervisor told me that their phone system was messed up but it would be fixed some time within the next few ????. The next doctor was a bald guy who completely dismissed me and said that he would only give me some print outs of some back exercises and thought that I could even dig ditches if I needed to. These people really need to be trained on how to understand pain and suffering. I noticed a lot of older people there and I would be scared to have the older people in my family see either of these people. I will continue to escalate these issues with the higher ups because even doctors should answer to someone or something.
