This place has been nothing but horrible. 1) Almost had my son (second child) in a car because they wouldnt admit me until I told them I wanted an epidural (which I didnt want at all but I KNEW he was coming). They didnt even have a chance to call the anesthesiologist before I was pushing. They took him for his check-up the next day, which usually takes about ten to twenty minutes, but he was gone for almost an hour before anybody even bothered to come check in and tell me his heart rate was low. 2) my daughter had a seizure and we had her taken in by ambulance. We beat the ambulance there. The first nurse told me I couldnt see her and the second told me to wait outside for the ambulance. After she finally got to the ER we were told "she had a febrile seizure. Heres some Tylenol. Go home." NOTHING ELSE! Needless to say when she had another one we took her to a different ER and got some actual answers. Tried to make an appointment for follow up as instructed and were told they didnt have any openings and that it didnt matter what the ER doctor ordered because we didnt take her to their ER. 3)Took both my kids in with symptoms similar to RSV and was told it could be the flu or RSV to give them both Benadryl (my son was three months old at the time) and dont bother bringing them back unless they basically couldnt breathe. 4) THE PHARMACY!! My daughters antibiotics were called in the day before but when I went to go get it they said they didnt have the prescription. Went and got a paper copy from the doctor and when I got back was told they already had it. They decided the dose was wrong and they had to contact the doctor. Dose was right the whole time. Told to come back later. Had to wait until the next day. Waited an hour. Was talked to like an idiot when I told them it was ready to be picked up. Had to check with three other people only to find out it had been ready the first day. I HATE this hospital so much. They dont care about the soldiers or their families. I dont understand how after all the negative reviews they havent changed anything. This place is a joke.

Had an appointment with Warrior clinic for my five month old. I was told shes teething and to go to ER if symptoms worsen. Once I left my appointment I went straight to ER where I was told by their nurse that the doctor wasnt going to do anything and I should go back to Warrior. After I said no I was then sent to Pediatrics where they ran test after test and found she was dehydrated with pneumonia. We are now admitted and I was just told by my nurse that my four year old (amazing listener) son can not stay with us overnight! Unbelievable. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone. Except pediatrics.

I cant even explain how many issues I have had with this place. This morning put me over the edge. I had a physical scheduled for my son for over a week now. Appointment was scheduled for 8AM. I received a call at 715 to let me know that the provider has cancelled the appointment. I was then told that there was no more openings. What does that mean?! After what seemed like an eternity explaining my child needs it for school & it NEEDS to be rescheduled before August 2nd she found something. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and absolutely insane. I absolutely despise this hospital. Worthless.

Was here recently after hours at the ER and they were busy with a pretty full lobby, but still very much on top of their game. The staff was calm and professional as youd expect an ER staff to be, and the wait time of about 1 hour - 1 hr 15 mins was reasonable with the amount of activity going on. The staff impressed me and I was out of the door feeling a lot better within 3 hours of reporting.

The staff is rude, I wasnt allowed to have a chaperone even though they have signs stating that I can, I was having an anxiety attack and the nurses were crowding me for no other reason that to sit there and stare at me, and I was spoken to like what I thought didnt matter and that I was stupid. And they wanted to give me the run around and try to take more blood tests that Ive already taken.

I went to Evans for scheduled surgery. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes at my pre-op or post-op appointments. The hospital was clean, their procedures thorough, and the staff professional. I brought a nurse practitioner friend to my final pre-surgery appointment because I was concerned I would miss something important, and she too was pleased with the hospital and staff.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been waiting over 5 hours to see a provider. Office staff arent allowed to tell you when your name will be called. All I have to say is I hope theres never a time that I am in a real critical emergency because they would probably let me die in the waiting room. DONT COME HERE.

This hospital is horrible. The civilians here are unprofessional. They will have you here for seven hours waiting. I would give this plave no stars if I could. My kids prefer to go to a civilian hospital if they could.

Excellent, however they need hallway signs in clinic for patients to find their way out of back hallways.
