For about 15 years, I have been suffering of muscles spams in my back. It happens every 2 to 3 years. This is such an horrible pain that I have to go to the ER. Every times I went to Memorial and they were always great. After trying different pain killer and muscles relaxer, we figured out that a shot of morphine was the only thing that stops the spasms . Yesterday it happened again and the doctor at the ER told me that they have a new rule : no morphine for people who have back problem. I explained that it was the only medicine that works for me but they didnt care. So I left and I went to St Francis on Nevada and they gave me my shot and Im fine this morning. Just wanted to write this review to let people know of this new rule.

WORST HOSPITAL EVER One star is to high of a rating for this place is F**king ridiculous if you dont die in this place they leave you bankrupt their charges are very over priced for medical records and the patient portal doesnt have all your documents at your availability compared to Centura health that there is no charge for your own documentation due to their already been paid by insurance companies and if anyone needs operation before you go here get a second opinion

Horriable, unclean, the dr was very unprofessional! dr kenneth kuper, why are you a doctor? You suck! You hate people! You dont know how to wash your hands, or read the proper chart, or know what blood born MRSA, you say it dont exist? Memorial Hospital needs to step up their game. Get some Drs, that actually want to work!

We made it a point to arrive at least 20 minutes early for our appointment out of courtesy. However, it is 30 minutes beyond our appointment and we are still waiting...hence the low rating. military members, please select a different Hospital. It is obvious that this Hospital does not care about its troops.
