I saw my Dr. 4 months ago. She did not want me to tell her what was going on with me, as she considered this, " Challenging her." She gave me a script for hypertension because my BP was up due to the stress I experience every time I walk into that clinic. At home my BP is normal . All I wanted was my pro air inhaler and some lab work done. The clinic makes money on everyone, so they treat everyone like cattle. Pack them in and collect as much money as possible. When I recently called for a refill on my pro air, first I was told that they were concerned about my BP which they had already given me a script for a few months back. But due to their messed up records, they didnt seem to have a clue, so they decided to change the reason to, " You havent been seen in 3 years" Wow! Are we saying the Dr. decided to just prescribe BP meds for me without seeing me? That just a few months back I didnt come in for my pro air ? They have misplaced my records and have not been charting my visits so it seems. I wonder if this is total incompetence or is it that they could really care less. This clinic is disreputable to the core and a nightmare for anyone who walks through those doors thinking they are going to find a healthcare provider who truly cares.

Two visits for two different health/pain issues, no help both visits. First I had a Respatory infection, waited from 9:25 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I wasnt called back. Asked the deck lady what is going on and she was very rude. The second time, tooth issue and again the same poor treatment that time also. Went to urgent care, I was in and out under 2 hours for my infection. This place is a Damn joke, if I executed poor work skills at my employment I would get fired. You lost out on automatic insurance money. Only go to this place if you dont have health insurance, if you have it,make a wiser decision and go to real professionals. Also tell your desk ladys to get stop playing in the cell phones all day. I witnessed that for 6 hours and 35 minutes. Wish I could get paid to play on my phone. Dont even try to respond saying you will make things right, too much wrong going on to make it right.

They said my husband makes too much money and Id have to pay full price for visit and all lab work.. Ok.. So what about all these mexicans do the pay full price.. I have cashed their pay check and they make as much if not more than my husband!!! Oh yeah I dont have children well sorry God decided he wanted them more than me I guess.. My husbands work is not stable he may even get a hole month off!! They wouldnt even consider the fact we have to pay rent, insurance, utilities, my medications.. Was told everyone has bills to pay.. But it is what it is I guess another TRUE American getting the shaft!!!

This place is a joke!! I needed to get my kids school physicals done so I called ahead to see if they do them and if I needed an appointment and she told me they do the physicals and you dont need an appointment you just walk in so I drove all the way over there and they tell me they are too busy to do them and I need to make an appointment! Are you kidding me? Then why didnt you tell me that over the phone? Then they are rude about it! Learn how to run your clinic and learn better customer service!

My doctor forgets prescriptions, forgets referrals, etc. all the time. The phone usually has a 30 min wait so I end up faxing my request and I get a faster response. Also, Dr. Datta apparently has a message for me, but I cant get through to anybody. Once, I did, and was sent to voice mail. Nobody called me back. Today, I called twice and cant get through. I think it is about my blood work results. Isnt this important???? Also, the phone number you gave me below DOES NOT WORK.

Honestly this place is pretty great, the people here really care about you, although I always went in without an appointment I was still seen at a reasonable time, usually hours due to the lunch break at 12-1, but they are kind enough to let you know they wont see you until after the break! So you can leave and have lunch yourself, not sure why this place has so much hate, its also clean, but obviously you will be around a bunch of sick people waiting

I was at this clinic a few months back. Cause my kids needed to be seen. I walked in , and the lady in the pediatric department told me that they will see us. Well I waited for 5 hours until my kids were able to be seen. I was not happy. Learn how to tell people if they can be seen or not. Dont make me and my kids with that freaking long. Learn how to run the pediatric department correctly

Went in for blood work and nobody called me back. More than a week after my visit I called them to find out whats going on. The receptionist said they called 2 days ago and everything was normal... Why does she know my information??
