DO NOT GO HERE! Take the extra time and find somewhere else. I have had problems with staff 3 times. I complained to corporate once and they were supposed to contact me and never did. My wife was mistreated by staff members again (3rd time). It seems they hire rude people who cant even speak correctly. In my opinion their staff at the front desk are extremely rude and make you feel stupid for just walking in the door. They dont speak English...it sounds like teenage jive talk. At one point I think one was actually rapping. We had my 2 year old son in for blood work, the needle they wanted to use was sitting on the counter before we sat down. When we asked to open the needle in front of us, the girl gave us a "Whaaaat" and it took my wife to show anger before they did what she asked. Then it took 3 tries and a hole in both arms to get blood from my crying child...unbelievable these people even get jobs let alone the fact that they are sticking people with needles. It obviously isnt a priority of management to have good customer service in my opinion. I wouldnt trust them with sharpening my pencils. In my opinion, the staff is extremely uneducated in customer service and clearly show it in the way the speak. It is a shame people accept that as an employee. I hope this review helps someone else not have to deal with the @%$#$^ at that location! UPDATE: Now we received a bill for over 800.00 because the awesome staff put the wrong insurance info on the bill, so my ins company denied the claim. I am not surprised at all. If you cant speak correctly what makes you think you can fill out forms correctly. In my opinion, they hire losers because they can pay them next to nothing.

If your the kind of person who needs to talk to someone other than an automated voice, forget this place. Tried to get information about Medicare coverage, no luck Tried to find information on their Web site, found info on private carriers but nothing on Medicare. Called up Sun Labs Sun City Center, talked to a real person. Asked questions got real answers. Unless you dont like talking to machines avoid Quest Diagnostics.

Very professional, courteous, and timely visit for two lab tests on Aug 18th. Nurse, Elvira, was the best pflebotimist this 75 yr old has ever encountered!! I told her she made this painless, as I only experienced a pin prick when she inserted needle in my arm. I would recommend her to anyone who has to visit this Quest facility!!

Oh My God this is the worst customer service ever!!! You cannot talk to anyone via phone. Must use automated phone to make appointment which is always booked out over a week. Wish Lab core would take my insurance. Do not use!!

Getting an appointment was impossible! I was promised someone higher up the call chain would call me by closing time, but they were not true to their word. So I will have walk in the office and hope they will can fit me in.

Great place! Today my husband and I took our 4yr twins to get labs done and the entire experience was awesome. The staff was very nice and professional, they made the kids comfortable and did a great job. Thank you team!
