After going to several vets chasing a mystery illness in our 8 year old pup, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Haezebrouk at Crestview. They asked for but didnt require the long drawn out history we had over the last month in chasing down the cause of our dogs anemia. We were told everything from parasites to spleen cancer. Dr. H listened to the history and it took him less than a second to say IMHA even though the previous vet had ruled this out with bloodwork. We went ahead with the ultrasound to rule out cancer (lowest cost in the state) and for less than 1/2 of the last vet bill had a diagnoses and a treatment plan - which I might add has already shown response in our animal.I like the fact this vet isnt running to you with a list of charges for you to sign off on and they actually spend time with the animal and owner. The practice is fully equipped to get the diagnostic results you need and there prices are below market in my experience, with a staff that based on my experience is superior in thoroughness and pet-side manners. Their facility is new, clean, and wait times were minimal to check out and be seen. They were very accommodating to my schedule as I was late for both appointments.I dont usually write reviews online and have been less than impressed with the vets in metro Atlanta. My experience with this clinic merited an online review and a high recommendation for anyone looking for one-stop vet clinic.

My family has lived in Cumming for around 10 years. We have tried several vets, some ok and some not. About 3 years ago we were highly recommended by several pet owners to take our pets ( 3 dogs) to Crest View Animal Hospital (Dr McGruder). We were impressed with Dr McGruders knowledge ,experience and his handling of our animals along with the fact that he treats many different animals ( birds etc)that other vets dont. We also discovered that crestview takes in injured animals that people find and nurses them back to health. Over the years we have been 100% satisfied with everything Crestview has provided. From close calls like snake bits, surgery, to minor ear infections. My family highly recommends Crestview to anyone that loves their pet companions as we do. One last thing... the staff is also excellent ....always friendly, professional and courteous.

Well I am a huge animal fanatic and love being around them. So I go an apply or attempt to in this case. I go in, yeah its decently late and I understand. I ask nicely for a job application. Then gentlemen says Ill get someone for you, waits five minutes and still no one, then I try and get another womans attention, she looks at me and runs off to the back. Then I approached another young girl and asked yet again for an application, shes too busy cleaning and ignores me until I finally get her attention, I ask then, lets me know really quickly almost interupting me, saying I dont know where they are come back tomorrow during office hours. Then how did I come into the front door if your closed? Unbelievable. Im sure these employees arent good to animals either. So why should they be working there? Really disrespectful.

Our beloved dog died at Crestview. WE took her there for a routine dental & A biopsy on a place on her back. She had been put to sleep a couple of times by another Vet with no problem. This was the first time Crestview had put her to sleep & something went terribly wrong. A call was made to check on her at 2:02 pm & we were told they were running late & nothing had been done to her not even bloodwork. We got a call at 2:37pm from the Vet telling us that when they put her to sleep she had died. Later we found the blood work had been done at 8:40am. We had 2 more problems with their staff at the front desk. An autopsy was done and came back as inconclusive, which means she died and no one can tell us why. She was a member of our family and this has been a terrible tragedy for us.

My mother has taken all of our animals to crestview for eight years. Mcgruder is amazing!!! He does house calls and doesnt charge near as much as any other vet, I know from expirience. He was the only vet out of four to reconize my cats phenomia and caught it before they died. I recommend Mcgruder to anyone, despite what the other reviews say, hes definately worth your money I dont trust anyone else with my animals, he really is an animal person . They even take in animals that are strays and nurse them back to good help if needed, including birds and Possums !! I have brought them a couple! Love this vet!!!

This is the second time I have had to take my dog to CRESTVIEW Animal Hospital for an Emergency. The first time my dog was bitten by another dog, and Doctor McGruder took great care of him. The second time was this week for Emergency Surgery for Kidney Stones about 25 of them I believe. Dr. McGruder explained everything and gave me an estimate for the surgery up front. His staff is Great and Very friendly. The prices of this facility wont leave your pockets empty either like some who seem to prey on our love for our animals. I think Dr McGruder is one of the best Vets in the US.

I have used Crestview Animal Hospital and Dr. McGruder for almost 20 years. They have treated our pets for normal shots and annual inspections as well as emergency situations. They offer a modern facility, a close to downtown Cumming, Ga location and in my opinion excellent animal care to keep your pet healthy or treat them when they are ill. They offer extended evening hours for care during the week, as of this posting and their services/fees are competitive to other veterinarians that practice in this area. We are pleased with the service we have received over the years.

I took one of my fur babies here during emergency hours and everyone was amazing. The tech I spoke with on the phone was so kind as I was in tears explaining what was going on with my dog. Then I got there and the vet was so calm and explained everything that was going on and was also there to answer all of my questions. Then it was time to pay and I was so pleasantly surprised at the total. Then I got home and realized the vet even trimmed her nails for me without even mentioning it! I will be back (hopefully not anytime soon) for anything I need for either of my babies!

Staff was great! I called about my sick dog and they got me in same day! As soon as I walked in the took me back to a room and the doctor came in right away. Dr. Sewell very kind and knowledgeable. I feel like he really did care about the well being of my dog. The staff was very patient with me while I decided on treatment and of course cried about my poor puppy. They sat in the floor with me and explained everything in detail. I am so happy that I chose them, I will definitely come back, hopefully just for routine check ups and not a sick puppy!!!!
