My chihuahua was in a fight with a pit bull who tore her neck open. When I arrived at this clinic, I asked if she could be put into a room or kennel while I filled out required paperwork so she wouldnt become agitated by other pets in the waiting room. She will bite whoever is holding her to get to other dogs a behavior I have been working on since she was rescued. The receptionist told me that she didnt want her techs to get bitten so directed me to put her in my car while I filled out paperwork. It was very hot outside but did put her back in the car with the windows down. I went back inside to fill out the paperwork but by this time the receptionist was busy playing with her daughter. I waited for a couple of minutes and then decided this clinic did not care about my dog so I went to wasserman clinic instead. The wasserman staff immediately understood my problem, and put my dog in a room while I filled out paperwork. They completed her surgergical procedures at a reasonable cost and were very professional throughout. I would not recommend this clinic. Go to wasserman instead. They are great.

I was going through a terribly rough time personally and I was forced to relocate my pomchi mom and her pups, I was trying to save them from abuse, however i ended up exposing them to the Parvo virus instead. I truly thought i was careful, but it claimed the two youngest ones.. I had to escape my home. Leaving my cherished Nacho to die alone. I wad devistated!! What i did not know however was that his will to live was even stronger than mine that day!!! He. Was rushed to Main st. Veterinary where they treated him with more compassion than MOST DRS. SPECIALIZING IN TWO LEGGED PATIENTS!! Thank you for helping him to HELP ME!! Blessings forever...

Veterinarian received was very blunt and un-sympathetic for our cat, She had lived outside with us for 2 years and sadly had gotten ill when she had kittens and couldnt push the rest out, Veterinarian was very blunt when she told us our cats conditions so she took her to the back to be checked out, thats when they came back out without our cat and stated she had bitten a tech and word for word said, "They have to have her head cut off for testing" Will NEVER be going back to this pathetic excuse of an animal hospital. Veterinarians need an attitude adjustment and need to learn that owners have emotions and feelings for their animals.

I called for advise on pain meds for a cat with upper respiratory & renal failure. I was basically told that an office visit was mandatory (even though I said I couldnt afford it). " Its just $47, surely you can afford that". I was told that I shouldnt get any more cats. When I said I had 3 others the receptionist said I should find other homes for them since I couldnt care for them. Then she said I should take my sick cat to the animal shelter and have her euthanized. There was no compassion at all. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Its as if their bottom line is far more important tho them than our pets are to us.

My experience has not been good here. Veterinarian Lisa Takasue is cold as ice. She shows no empathy at all. Had to have my dog put to sleep. Lisa Takesue did it with a vet assistant. She said Ill leave you with your dog for a few minutes. The chair I was sitting in when my dog was put to sleep was not facing my dog. So when they left, I went around to say my last good byes. To my horror they left my dogs eyes open. To this day I will never get that sight out of my mind.

Had to visit during the weekend for an emergency concerning my puppy. The staff were all very helpful, knowledge, and kind during the visit to both me and my puppy. The rates were very affordable and reasonable considering it was an emergency weekend visit (and the medicine prices were also affordable/reasonable). I will definitely be taking my pup here as she grows up!

The staff there are all great. Been going there for 6 years. Theyve always made room for my dog when she needed them. Fees are average , quality above average.
