excellent vet office! I called for a second opinion after our vet of 20 years told me my dog might have cancer and wanted to instantly charge me $500.00 for a cancer punch test after they had already charged me $150.00 for a fungal test that came back negative... anyways! I called 30 minutes to close and got Dr. Norman & he told me to bring my dog in even though he was full at almost closing time & he showed an actual interest in my concerns and took the time to not only get my dog seen right away but wave my exam fee for that trip. He stayed after closing time to answer my questions & we scheduled an appointment. I was so pleased i was able to ask questions and not feel like what i was asking was dumb as he showed great concern for the same things i was worried about. He did a needle test for cancer that was half the price of my normal vet and he did a couple other things at no charge that i didnt even expect from him. He also gave us a cream to use meantime until our results came back and today, 3 days later he called with the results & told us it wasnt cancer but something we had already pretty much suspected but were steered away from by our other vet (whom weve gone to for 20 years) & told cancer to get us to fork over more money. I have only taken my dog to Bethany for this one issue but I can say that i am transferring veterinarian care for my dog to Dr. Norman as he is compassionate about his job and doing everything he can to help your pet. They are awesome! Im a happy camper with answers and a otherwise healthy dog. Thanks guys!

I dont prefer to know my vet clinics well - it takes a good many years of annual checkups to get to know a clinic! However, while we were on vacation Bethany Family Pet Clinic not only took care of our very sick cat, they called me with daily updates, coordinated medical boarding drop-off and pick-up with our cat sitter, and got her stable enough to come home with me as soon as we got home. Their staff was excellent, making sure I knew what was happening and the right way to care for Juniper at home. Dr. Lariviere went above and beyond to make sure I felt included and comfortable with each progressive level of intervention. We still have some recovery ahead, but after just a year with Bethany - I know and trust them all: from the fellow Russian Blue owner who got me coffee to the surgeon who did her procedure. Bethany did a great job at her annual exam and an even better job with illness care and treatment. Cant recommend them enough...

After taking my skittish, vet-hating Siberian cat Gracie to a couple of other vets and having not so pleasant experiences, I was reluctant to try a new place. She is normally a very happy, healthy cat and I knew I couldnt put off getting her annual check up, especially since she is getting older (7). I decided to try Bethany Family Pet Clinic. They are located close to home and the car ride wouldnt be so traumatic for her (her previous vet was 30 minutes one way). Once there, Gracie settled down and stopped meowing. When Dr. Norman came in and started her exam, she settled down even more and even started to purr a little! Dr. Norman followed up after her lab tests came back and was very helpful and clear about explaining the tests and what the results meant. He is very compassionate and caring and both Gracie and I have found the perfect vet!

We love Bethany Family Pet Clinic. Our dog, Hazel, has gone their for the last three years (ever since she was 8 weeks old). They have been nothing but friendly, professional and loving to her. Everyone is very knowledgeable and takes care of us immediately. Hazel has had recurring ear infections and is very nervous about the exam room now. They are so patient and take whatever amount of time it takes to get her in there and make her as comfortable and happy as they can. The vets are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything from diagnosis to treatment to comfort care to you in-depth. They make sure you have a thorough understanding and are always available if you have questions after you leave. We feel like this clinic is part of our dogs family.

They are there when you need them. With several excellent doctors on staff, availability is never an issue. We have a long history with Bethany, both with pets who are no longer with us and our current clan of three dogs and two cats. The staff of Bethany, from experienced vets and techs to the front desk are kind, helpful people. In all the years weve been with them they have been professional and understanding about our concerns, no matter how small. Doctors take whatever time is needed to explain and be sure we understand and are comfortable with the care our pets are given. I have recommended Bethany Family Pet Clinic to several friends and neighbors,and every one of them have thanked me for the referral and given Bethany high marks.

Best vet clinic EVER. Dr. Norman is hands-down the most compassionate, kind, and helpful person. Our dog, Ollie, is a lovable rescue dog who is terrified (and aggressive) toward the vet. Dr. Norman took the time to understand what was going on with Ollie, how to best approach him, and how to give him the care he needed. He was a huge help in our being able to make Ollie an amazing dog. Dr. Norman bends over backwards for his patients (and their parents). I am forever grateful to Dr. Norman for all of his help with Ollie. Dr. Velasco is fantastic. Shes helped Ollie with his skin issues, which are complex, and always makes herself available to our questions. Shes great! This clinic has top notch vets. Do your dog a favor and take them here!

Recently found this vet as I was looking for a vet that could do some extra surgeries my dog needed. Staff is absolutely wonderful! Ive taken my dog there now for annual checkups and vaccines, along with TPLO surgery (torn ACL). My dog healed wonderfully and Dr. Merrill was great at walking me through the entire process from start through recovery. My dog again torn his other ACL (sad day!) and gets another surgery soon, and its nice not having to worry about it and knowing hes going to be in good hands again. They stay pretty true to their appointment times and they also email me back when I request, which is oddly hard to get other people to do.

The staff at Bethany Family Pet Clinic are really great. The front desk personnel are always friendly & organized. The veterinary staff are really interested in making sure your pet is healthy & that you are informed about exams, procedures, tests, etc if your pet needs them. They may cost a bit more than those chain veterinary places but their pricing is still very fair & well worth it for he care your pet receives. I never feel rushed & my questions & concerns are always fully answered. I have absolutely no regrets about taking our dog to Bethany Family Pet Clinic, so glad I found them!

My experience with this clinic has been wonderful. I transferred to Dr. Norman from another vet that our pets have been with for 30 years. The whole clinic has excellent customer service and my animals have been very well cared for by all the staff. It is great to have this type of pet clinic in the Bethany community. I have never felt rushed during exams and I so appreciate the ability to get in touch with our vet whenever I need to. It feels like an old fashioned type of clinic in terms of the personal care both my pets and I have received. Fabulous experience in every way.
