I have a disease and needed dentures. The dentist pulled the six teeth that were left. I came back four times and he was so thorough and professional. He really wanted me to look good with my new dentures. He even picked a different color instead of just glancing at my choice and said you need a whiter color and he was right. They fit great and their staff is wonderful . They treat you with respect, which is a lot more than I can say about all the places Ive been with this disease and the looks sometimes that make you feel terrible inside. But it takes so much energy to get ready and then the pain gets worse, sooner in the day. Anyway, they were great.

The secretary puts you on hold to schedule a date then changes it like three times. Called to a cancel an appointment because my 2 month old got sick told me I would have to go to 3 stand by appointments which means going probably not beeing seen for missing this appointment which I called 3 hours in advance to cancel. She said I had to cancel 2 days prior well tell my baby to let me know 2 days prior when shes going to get sick.

First there was no handicap accessible parking. I went in for a cle aning. After the cleaning was completed I expected to be seen by a dentist but that didnt happen. The hygenist made comments about my teeth that sounded like they should have come from a dentist. The atmosphere just didnt seem professional. Unfortunately they are one of the few providers that take state insurance.

Those with complaints must be impatient. I have only one complaint about one dentist and one hygienist but have learned to request those I trust. Also the person who answers is willing to suggest someone you may prefer. You can always try another if not happy.

Honestly I would give this place a zero. There customer service is horrible. They kept me waiting for over 30min. They dont tell u when they are running behind so I walked out since my time was not important
