I had just moved into the area and over Thanksgiving I did the break a tooth on a popcorn seed. Stupid me I stalled waiting for my new insurance to kick in and the tooth became abscessed. Not having a Dentist since the move, I did a search and found Four Seasons Family Dentistry with high ratings. I called, explained and made an appointment...they took me in 2 days later. By this time I could hardly open my mouth. I arrive for my appointment and they clean my teeth and took x-rays. During the cleaning the psycho hygienist constantly reminder me that she wasnt going to be my friend if I didnt floss better and talked as though I was 3 years old. The x-rays came back showing that I had 3 small cavities and a broken tooth. I went home with antibiotics and an appointment in 2 weeks (good call). I came back 2 weeks later for my appointment, no swelling and a jaw that was working. Another x-ray showed the abscess was gone so I should be ready for a root canal/crown. Instead of doing that Doc Z decides hell take care of the 3 small cavities instead. They numb me up and he tells dental jokes of how the cure to cavities is extraction of all teeth. After his comedy act he starts his drilling and sends me through the roof in pain. More numbing shots and more jokes and stories of some over-seas horror dentist. While waiting Doc Z decides hell try the the second tooth and failed with the same result, but decides hes not going to stop. I cant take it and tell him to stop. He gets pissed and shoots me up with more Novocaine and walks out. He comes back, blows air and cold water in the open holes in my teeth and it feels like a hot poker being crammed into the holes. He starts drilling again and I cant take it. He once again is pissed and tells me I will either have to take the pain or come back and be put to sleep. I respond that Ive never had to be put to sleep to have my teeth fixed and that included a previous root canal. He tells his staff to schedule a sleep session and they bring back a $2200 bill that insurance wont cover plus dental costs. I tell him Im sorry, but I will be looking for another dentist. I ask him to just put some temp fillings in the holes and Ill be on my way. He gets pissed and refuses to fill the holes and says I have to options; either be put to sleep or hell pull my teeth. Now I get pissed and tell him he made the holes so he needs to fix the holes. I am giving 2 sample tubes of sensodyne toothpaste and sent out the door. A couple weeks later I received a bill for nearly $1500 and insurance wouldnt cover the charges because of the coding. I call 4 Seasons and ask if they could change the coding and they refused and then had the balls to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have my work finished...I hung up. So thats my experience with 4 Seasons Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and thats the reason for the 1 star and taking time to even write a review.

I go to see Dr. Zobaer at the Plymouth clinic at Four Seasons Family Dentistry along with my entire family (husband, 6 year old, 4 year old and infant). We have been very happy with the service weve gotten over the 6+ years. Lisa has a super gentle touch when cleaning, but is always very thorough. She teaches my sons how to brush properly, uses models to show them how to do so, and even movies with funny monkeys. It is also the only dentist that Ive been to who will give you sunglasses, a headset tuned into your favorite radio station, and has puzzles attached to ceiling to help keep your mind off of drilling or cleaning. They are all about customer service and I do recommend them!

I give Four Seasons Family & Cosmetic Dentistry high marks for high quality work and trust them totally with my dental work. Dr. Zobaer is wonderful. He recently made me a new set of upper dentures; I am very pleased with the outcome. They fit perfectly (no sores), looked very natural, and (important to me) did not look that much different than my previous denture. He accomplished this by even adjusting my bite and making my new denture front teeth abit larger so they look even more realistic. My best friend didnt notice that I had differnt teeth, they turned out that good. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Z and with Lisa, my dental hygienist. They are the best!

Let me just start by saying Im not the best at "being" a patient. The last thing I want to be doing, is sitting vulnerable in a dental chair. However with that being said, Dr. Zobaer and his staff are the best I have ever seen. Everyone from Carol at the front desk to Dr. Zobaer and his assistants are nothing but professional, caring and genuine people. I would strongly suggest a visit to his clinic. My guess is that once youve gone there, you will have found a dentist for life! Thank you Four Seasons Dentristy, you guys are the BEST. Kathie P.

"OMG" as my kids say -- Dr. Z, Lisa, Julie -- all the Four seasons staff is awesome. I have had to have extensive dental work done and the calmness and level of care is second to none...from simple cleaning and minor care to high level crowns and cosmetic work. best dental office bar none. And the results are stunning. I highly recommend them.

Never a 5 because I believe there is always some way to improve - however, the friendliness, support, care and communications is excellent. The admin staff is very efficient and timely, the hygienist is fabulous and careful, and Dr. Z is patient, skilled and knowledgeable. I keep coming back!

Had a great experience at Four Season Dentistry with my childs first visit. The hygienist Lisa made the whole trip to the dentist comfortable and fun. Dr. Zobaer and staff are very good at making the whole visit go smoothly. My daughter cannot wait to go back to the dentist! Thanks

Just had a cleaning, exam, and crown this week. All went smoothly. All personnel are very nice people. The ability to get a crown in a single ~1.5 hour appointment is terrific.
