Great and trustworthy animal hospital. Dr. Sundar takes his time to explain everything, listen to questions, and offer his recommendations. All the technicians are friendly, experienced, and great with handling the dogs no matter the dogs temperaments. Regarding the 1-star review- I had my dog neutered here just two weeks ago. While I agree it was certainly more costly than going to a clinic, I had full confidence knowing my dog was going to get the best care possible- detailed blood work before anesthesia, a neuter that has healed without scars, a monitored post-op recovery time, painkillers, and love/care the whole way through. Riverdale Animal Hospital has taken amazing care of my two dogs over the years, and I look forward to many more years of continued care.

The doctor is very smart And the service perfect!!! El doctor es buenísimo gaste demasiado dinero en otros hospitales pero el a la primera a detectado el Problema!!! El precio si es un poco elevado en comparación con los demás hospitales, pero la verdad vale la Pena!!!! Maneja medicamentos de primera y las revisiones son súper completas. En verdad lo recomiendo y hablan español !!

The first time I met Dr. Sundar I had brought my dog Lady in for ear issues that had been going on for a number of years. Dr. Sundar got right down on the floor with Lady and instantly Lady was comfortable with him so I knew we were gonna be alright. Dr. Sundar and his staff are very compassionate, caring people and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Just in the last week Dr. Sundar preformed three different surgical procedures on Lady and I am grateful for him and the staff for taking such good care of her. If you are looking for an excellent animal hospital go see Dr. Sundar and his staff they are the BEST! Thank you Dr. Sundar for taking such wonderful care of our Lady and Eden.

RPAH is an excellent veterinarian practice. They have managed my Black Lab puppy through serious behavioral issues with patience. Dr. Sundar also treated my first dog (a Chocolate Lab) through to the end of his life. He is a true scientist who tells it to you straight, and backs up the facts with compassion. I am able to make decisions for my puppy with confidence that I am fully informed, and without fear that I am making mistakes. My former vet sold his practice to Dr. Sundar when he retired, and boy, am I ever glad that he did!

This is our second visit with our cats. Shadow received his third FVRCP/CALICI Vaccine and his first Purevax Feline Leukemia shot. We brought Bitsy our oldest cat in for a nail clipping. Being seniors my husband and I truly appreciate the discount we are given. And the offer to clip our cats nails when needed free of charge. Dr. Sundar is a godsend for us. Hes not only great with our furry babies but with us humans too! Thank you so much for your care and love of animals. The staff is great too ... friendly and helpful.

The doctor and staff at RPAH are AWESOME! Very knowledgable, friendly, and great customer service. I brought my dog Marley in on several different occasions trying to find out what was wrong her. The staff took great care of her during her hospital visits (I dropped her off). Dr. Sundar made sure I understood everything that was going on with Marley and provided great treatment. My Marley has now returned to her energetic self for almost 2 weeks now. RPAH is now like family to us.

Riverdale Park Animal Hospital is conveniently located and delivers the best veterinary service I have experienced in this area. The staff is genuine and proficient. They are “with you” from the moment you walk into the door. The Veterinarian, Dr. Sundar, is extremely knowledgeable, and I trust his judgement. He is kind to my dog and patient with me, answering all my questions. And I have a lot of questions. I highly recommend their service.

Every time I take my pets to the doctors hospital, the medical staff is very attentive to resolving the medical issues. In my case, I have feral cats that have become my family over time and I look out for their well being on a daily basis. Since these are not your typical pets, the cats present challenges in the handling and the staff is well accomplished to assist. I can count on the hospital for all my pets needs.

Dr. Sundar is my fifth and final vet. Hes the most knowledgeable, and isnt afraid to give his opinion when asked. He seems to love cats, and my girls are very comfortable with him. As smart as he is, hes able to break down explanations so anyone can understand. His vet tech is also professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. The reception desk is always friendly and organized. I love you guys!!

Friendly and great service. Brought our cat in on a walk-in (called ahead) after it was in a fight with a neighborhood cat. They were able to fit him in on short notice & got patched up very quickly. Doctors were very friendly, prices seemed quite reasonable. And our cats feeling better.
