This place is lousy.. besides them hardly ever answering the phone, they dont list their time of operation on their site or voice-mail, furthermore.. i went in for a basic cleaning and evaluation, not only did they not give me my insurance card back when they were finished using it, they didnt even offer to drop it in the mail so i had to be inconvenienced and set aside time out my already busy schedule to go back and get it, but most surprisingly they billed me $1725.00 for something i never asked for or agreed to.. i called continuously after 11am and no one ever picked up the phone or called back.. Ill be sure to call the Better Business Bureau to report pioneer dental.. if i were you i would think twice about going here... i wish i could rate this a negative star

Our family has been going to this location for the past seven years. Great dentist when it was Princev Dental, however, last year switched to Pioneer Dental and not so great. For one appt the staff was ten minutes late, totally forgivable, but the next appt nobody showed up at all. When I called from the parking lot (twenty minutes after my scheduled appt.) the recorded greeting did not even mention Wednesday; why would you have a day of the week posted on your business door and schedule patients if youre not going to be there?. Really glad I took time off of work and got stood up by Pioneer Dental. Needless to say we are switching dentists.

I had to have root plane scaling work done , which I thought was going to be painful_ but she was very careful and it didnt hurt - i thought she did a very good job, i would highly recommend this place- ive been to a few dentists before and this place is definitely the best by far
