The last hygienist I had was all about the money, certainly not about the care of my teeth. I came in for a specific treatment for one tooth at the end of 2016. As she was prepping me for procedure, I heard someone come in the room and say something to hygienist. She then announced to me that she was going to clean my teeth instead of procedure I needed. Something about end of the year and what amounts were fully covered by insurance. She didnt explain fully, just that they had changed their mind. It was obvious that the change in procedure translated to more $ for them. Luckily, I did not "buy" their sudden change of agenda. I said I was here to have specific procedure done to my tooth as planned. She finally did the procedure I came on for, did not give me any followup instructions until I asked. She then told me I needed to come 4x a year for cleaning. When I observed that insurance only paid for 2x, and asked what the charge would be for the two extra, she didnt know. I started going to this place less than two years ago because it was very close to where I work. Not anymore. Will find a new place where I am treated as a patient rather than a billable. Too bad because there were some nice people there.

So many things are wrong with this place, I do not know where to start. • Bad service • Wrong diagnosis • Billing Problems • Rude employees Carissa was very rude and condescending, she refused to send out my medical records and did not want to help me. They try to squeeze every dollar they can out of a person, they charge for the simplest of things, and then charge for charging. I was so sick of this place that I cancelled my appointment and was charged $50 for doing so. They make you sign something stating that you pay any charges they dream up. I used my insurance and was told to pay $600 that was not covered under my insurance, they later told me that I still owed $150 and they wouldn’t finish the work until I paid (even though last time they said I was paid up). The dentist spends no time on the patients. There diagnosis was wrong in my case, they did more work then I needed. They work they do is below acceptable standards. Please save yourself time and money, there are plenty of other dental offices.

I was very satisfied with my visit to Merry Dental Care Center. They are not my regular dentists, I was here because of a teeth whitening promotion offered through Groupon. However, if I lived closer, I would likely transition to them. Their staff was extremely friendly and described the whitening process in detail beforehand, and the results look fantastic. Additionally, and this is a random observation, but the dental chairs are situated directly in front of huge picture windows that look out at green grass and trees. I really liked that and found it very relaxing, I feel like Im normally looking at a bunch of roads or cars (if the blinds are even open) when I visit the dentist. Like others mention on the reviews on their site, I didnt have to wait at all to be seen. I found the entire experience to be very pleasant.

Wonderful friendly staff, honest and open communication and compassionate service! Excellent experience all around and highly recommended by me! As a registered dental hygienist, Ive had the opportunity to see how many offices work, and of the 50 or so Ive been to...Merry Dental Care Center is only one of the few Id personally attend as a patient. Ive been attending the same dental office for years, but recently had concerns about a treatment plan, so called Merry Dental for a second opinion. I am so glad I did! Not only were they able to get me in on short notice, but also I feel they went above and beyond my expectations for the second opinion. I am so pleased with my experience, Ill no doubt be coming back for my routine appointments soon! Major props to Merry Dental Care Center....10 stars out of 5!!!

This place is great. Dont let Colten fool you, he only writes 1 star reviews according to his profile and has mis-diagnosed this dentist. The staff is great, Ive never had a bad experience. Carissa went above and beyond for me by looking up my exact insurance policy and informing me what was/was not covered by my insurance company. I was not shocked by any unexpected charges, especially since I had already reviewed my dental insurance plan coverage prior to my visit and Carissa verified it for me. Dr. Merry and her assistants made sure I was taken care of and spent the time answering all the questions I had about my diagnosis. On a side note, I am a fan of the interior decor and the wild turkeys that roam outside.

Ive used Merry Dental for the past few years and couldnt ask more from a health facility. They are extremely welcoming, upbeat and professional. Any questions that I have about my dental health or insurance issues are answered immediately and thoroughly. Best of all, they have been extremely flexible in finding times for me to make appointments, working around my challenging work schedule. For anyone who is considering a visit to the Merry Dental Care Center, the most important thing that I could say is that over the years I have gotten to know many of the staff and rather then feeling like a patient, I feel like part of a family.

My family has been visiting Merry Dental for the last few years and we absolutely love them. Dr. Merry and her wonderful staff of professionals have done everything possible to make our visits not just good, but great! Even if there is extra work involved...for our family this almost every visit...Merry Dental always goes out of their way to put a smile on our faces. We recently just had our three youngest (3 yr.old triplets) in for their very first appointments and things couldnt have gone smoother! Thank you Merry Dental for allowing our search for the perfect dentist to come to an end : ) -John Carlson

Had an issue with an upper back molar that was causing a lot of discomfort . I was able to call Dr. Merry on the weekend. She was on her way to a baby shower, but still gave attention to the call like I was a patient sitting in the chair in front of her! She looked into my X-rays and was able to get me in with Dr. Kelly when they opened Monday morning. Dr. Kelly figured out a course of action which in my case required a specialist; she followed through completely with getting me seen same day and resolve to my aching tooth. My thanks to the doctors and staff at Merry Dental!

What a great experience! I walked in the door and was greeted by Marissa with a big smile. I was a few minutes early but they got me right in. The ladies at Merry Dental Care couldnt be nicer. Big smiles on all of the staff. We need to find out whats in the water over there that keeps them all so happy. Good explanations by Dr. Jean Merry as to what was needed and why. Darcy the dental assistant was so nice. Made me feel at ease. I like the remodel. The massaging dental chairs are a big plus. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
