Finding a good, caring, and competent dentist in Florida has been a challenge. My experience with Advanced Dental Care has not been a positive one. I was treated like a number instead of a patient. When I checked in, the receptionist barely glanced at me. When I was finally called back to a room, a variety of people came in taking x-rays and doing measurements of the gums etc. No one introduced themselves or explained what they were doing. It was a very frightening experience. I thought it would be better when the dentist came in, but he did not introduce himself either just spoke with the dental hygienist, told me to open my mouth, did the exam and left. Unfortunately I experienced a tooth ache just two weeks after my exam so I had to return to Advanced Dental. The experience was the same. After such bad experiences I requested copies of my x-rays and records to find a new dentist, however Morgan explained that by Florida Law Advanced Dental Care owns the x-rays and they will not provide copies. Seemed to fit with the quality of care I received.

My number one reason for firing this office was due to the rude, unprofessional and lack of skill demonstrated by their hygienist..She was the worst hygienist I’ve ever experienced!! It’s my opinion this hygienist isn’t qualified to be working on human’s teeth.. I nearly left without allowing her to finish. The assistant hygienists who polished my teeth was professional and caring. My other concern with this office was with the lack of integrity displayed by the office manager. She was deceitful when I questioned her about services. Had she been honest it would have turned out the same way. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Ivanova and her assistant were extremely skilled, professional and caring. With only one hygienist working in this office I will not return. Finding another dental office is like finding traffic here in Pinellas County..

I moved to the US 2 years ago and for an entire year Ive been looking for a dentist perfect for me and my family. After seeing 6 dentists in Tampa bay area ( both me and my husband) and have treatment plans that I could never afford (even if I have a very good dental insurance) $5000-$7000 for me and $15.000-$25.000 for my husband, we got to see dr.Natalya V. Ivanova. She is nice, caring and professional. She was educated in Europe and she still has that mentality to do whatever possible to save a tooth and not to put a crown or suggest an implant even if the teeth has a small cavity. I got to save all my teeth and I ended up paying $500-600 and my husband no more than $1500. I recommend Dr. Ivanova to all my colleagues and friends and they are all very happy with her.

Advanced Dental Care in Largo is first class!! It is a place Ive had work done in the past and because I moved a couple years ago Ive had to go to a place closer to home in Ocala. Let me tell you the difference is like night and day, the office manager at this location here is wonderful and has helped every step of the way even going above and beyond to help with my issues. This lady has made it so painless to start where we left off and I will now be making the extra trip each and every time, GLADLY! Not wanting to forget to mention Dr. Ivanova who does brilliant work and was very kind the first time I met her. Cheers to this team.

My wife and I have been going here for years now and love Advanced Dental Care! The friendly receptionists, the competent staff and a great billing department provides full services in a professional yet friendly environment. Morgan behind the desk is especially helpful and very efficient. I feel like they care about our business and treat us as friends. I couldnt ask for a better, more convenient dentist office. I used to wait for what seemed like hours in Miami. With Advanced they are ready to take me almost as soon as I walk in! What more can you ask for? Fast, friendly, clean and comfortable - this is a dentist office?

I love this place! The entire staff is very professional and friendly. They arent afraid to get to know you and have a friendly chat while you sit and wait for things. I especially love the hygienist. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned everytime. Shes the first not to hurt me when performing my cleaning or complaining the entire time unlike other offices. I refer all my friends here if they are looking.

I have to agree with the other posts - Dr, Ivanova is great - gentle hands and pain free. I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Clearwater for any dental work. My wife will be changing her dentist after I told her what a wonderful experience I had there. The employees and very helpful and always cheerful. Great Experience especially for a dentists office.

Ive been to Advanced Dental Care several times over the past few years. Dr Ivanova has been excellent. She is very professional, detailed, and each procedure has been amazingly pain free ( 2 cracked teeth, extraction & root canal). Office staff is friendly, no long wait times, etc. So far, very happy with my experience there.

I always hate going to the dentist because I find most of them to be judgemental and rude. After my siblings expressed their satisfaction for this place, I made an appointment. It was the most plesant dentist visit Ive had! The staff was very friendly and explained everything they were doing throughout the process.
