I wanted to get a denture as for my upper teeth. As I had all my upper teeth pulled almost one year ago I was looking forward to getting new teeth. After x-rays, semi painful probing of my eight remaining lower teeth I talked with a dentist. Prior to leaving the office in order to go home and sort out the info I was given I was interviewed by the finance and billing official. Going in I figured that with my insurance, and looking up the advertised price for new dentures It would cost out of pocket perhaps $500. I was presented a plan to get top dentures, bottom dentures and a super deluxe gum cleaning below my teeth procedure. The bacteria cleaning was suppose to save the remaining teeth that I had thereby getting a partial for the lower mouth would work better for me. On the estimate as I read over it, I was being charged for four quadrants of cleaning. Upper left and right side and Lower left and right side. It was approx. $4000 for this procedure. I dont have any teeth in the upper part of my mouth to save so that charge would certainly be bogus. Well after being disappointed for not being able to return back to work and show all my peers my new pearly whites after my spring break vacation I just think Ill go elsewhere for another estimate.

I went to your facility for a filling that had fallin out which was giving me a lot of pain due to the nerve being exposed, i was reassured that it would taken care when the dentist saw me. So i had x-rays done the whole 9 still thinking i would get some resolution to my problem. after the dentist saw me i was brought up to the front where i was given a bill for over 5 grand and was told that i needed my teeth cleaned first before they would resolve my tooth pain. i dont understand why having my teeth cleaned would help my issue at all so i left due to high pressure sales techniques which didnt even give me the option of having my main issue handled first and foremost. as a RN i found this to horrific to do to a patient that was in pain and you did nothing about it. It was more about the money than taking care of patient needs im am still in a great deal of pain and i will never go back to this place im still upset about this whole ordeal i would never do this to my patients that are in need! for a place who prides themselves as a helping hand to patient in need you did no such thing.

My husband went for a free exam and a consultation on dec 30. Somehow in order to use his 2016 benefits he ended up signing a 20K contract for dentures. They told him he would leave with dentures and he wouldnt have to go toothless for even one day. They would put temporary dentures for 2-3 months then they would fit him for permanent dentures. Spent New Years Eve for four hours at the dentist. He started off the new year in pain. Long story short he got his dentures in August. He had appointments 1-2 times a week due to all the problems. Once he told them that the temporary teeth were hurting his gums. They said theyd adjust them. When he got home and took a good like in the mirror he saw that his two front teeth were over to one side. He has lost 25 because he hasnt been able to eat regular food. We cant go out to dinner because he cant chew the good stuff on the menu. The staff is nice for the most part except for the dentist that calls him sir instead of by his name. I suggest you shop around before getting dentures from this place.

I was upset because of a misunderstanding with the young man who sold me the plan, but what it really turned out to be was more of a misunderstanding and he was nice enough to talk to me on the next visit and make things right so I just had to change my review, just because they really made the effort and went out of their way to make me happy. They do have excellent service, and the young ladies in front specially the one with the reddish hair is a sweet heart, extremely nice and she always greets you with a beautiful smile and a cheerful and positive attitude. She truly makes my day every single visit. The staff and the doctors are very professional and so nice, they actually make every visit something to look forward to and thats real strange considering your going to the dentist which is normally very stressful and horrifying. Anyway that last visit made me feel like 5 stars.

Everyone from Alyssa on the front desk to Shannon your very knowledgeable dental hygienist, the dental tech who took the x-rays and your business manager Bryan Greene treated us with kind consideration and professionalism. Of course, there are no words for Dr. Altman. Thanks to your prompt and swift attention, my husband is pain free now. We were very impressed with all of you and give you a five star rating! I called Aspen Dental and I was told that a basic cleaning with no insurance costs $70 and the initial x-rays and exam are free. I made an appointment for a cleaning. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I was taken back for my x-rays and exams. After the exam, a woman came and told me I needed to come to the front of the office and talk about the price. I was told that the cleaning would cost me $250 and I would either have to make an appointment for another day or wait for an additional 45 minutes. This was already 1.5 hours AFTER the time of my appointment and they expected me to wait an additional 45 minutes and pay three times the price I was quoted on the telephone? NO THANKS. This company lied to me and wasted my time. Terrible. Dont go here.
