After Googling dentists nearby my office that offer Clear Correct (cheaper than Invisalign-clear braces) services I decided to call and make an appointment for my “free consultation”. Red flag number one, the receptionist kept referring to the consultation as a “new patient” appointment and insisted that she would need my social security number along with my benefit info. I should have said no thanks and looked elsewhere but….a month later (their soonest available) I left my work and went to my appointment ; I filled out the paperwork, they requested a copy of my dental insurance card AND driver’s license…thought that was a bit odd considering I was only to receive a FREE consultation, but ok. The tech proceeds to take x-rays, calls in another assistant to go over the gum pocket depths on each of my teeth…ok. She starts telling me I would need deep cleanings every 6 months and the whole plan of what they “needed” to do. I mentioned I was only there for the Clear Correct consultation and that the dentist I have been seeing regularly for the past 10 years had made no mention of any issues, gum related or other. A doctor then came in, not the doctor listed on their website or anywhere else affiliated with Keep Smiling, seemed to be clueless-completely brand new, didn’t get the drift why I was there, continued to want to scrape and poke at existing fillings, while talking to me like a 5 year-old ect. An hour later they still had not made any progress or any mention of braces OR even what my concerns were regarding my teeth-wasn’t this whole reason I made the appointment?? They then finally tell me the doctor (so the other girl was…not a doctor?!) was not in the office, she has been out with ankle surgery and would not return until August. Also, that there was no time for an actual braces consult-that takes 45 minutes. TWO hours later, an “Office Manager” comes in the room in hopes of somehow salvaging the appointment and says $5,200.00, that’s how much it is. This is without even glancing at my x-rays or chart. So…it’s $5,200.00 for me OR everyone? She said everyone was the same. Mind you I’ve had a previous braces consultation elsewhere (Clear Correct was supposed to be less expensive, but at this office is costs MORE than Invisalign) ; I know that everyone’s plan is based on the severity of the case thus the price for treatments depending on the patient is different. These aren’t breast implants! After they kept telling me to come back for an actual consultation when the “real” doctor was present and they “had time” I proceeded to follow the tech to the front desk where she handed off my file with attitude to the other tech and mentioned how horrible I was. The receptionist was like that’s it, we’ll BILL your insurance company for $141.00. For what?! A NEW patient appointment, after I asked over and over again and received clarification that I was getting a free braces consultation. Very upset, I stated I would need those insurance benefits for my dentist to get my x-rays, cleanings, ect. The receptionist said, “Oh, you have a dentist?” Right. After I’ve made mention over and over. This office is no different than a shady mechanic shop trying to nickel and dime you and scam you into unnecessary services rendered for THEIR sole benefit. How pathetic and unprofessional the staff was, rolling their eyes and turning their back when I expressed my concern and pointed out the obvious. What a COMPLETE waste of time. Read the other reviews-don’t walk RUN! This place has already been reported to my insurance company so they can be looked into and I will be appealing the charges ASAP. How horrible, no one should be treated this way!

Worst staff and dentist. Spent the past three months getting an old crown replaced. When they cemented my permanent crown in, it fell out within 45 minutes. They wanted me to wait 24 hours to get it fixed. Keep in mind this tooth didnt have a root canal done, so I could feel EVERYTHING. I ended up going to a dental ER to have it cemented in. Dr called and apologized, so I went back when the bite needed to be adjusted. At this point, my tooth was extremely sensitive. A week later, I call back and tell them Im still having pain. They let me come in same day, and only take out the nerves in the tooth, not the full root canal. A week after that, Im in extreme pain again, I cant close my mouth all the way without pain. If it were up to the front desk, I wouldve waited another week to be seen. I call back later and speak to someone else. She says the dentist will be in on Saturday, she wasnt planning on being in, but she had a "big case" coming in, so they fit me in on Saturday. She finished my root canal, but not before telling me that I need to find a new dentist because obviously Im not happy. OBVIOUSLY Im not happy because Ive been in constant pain for 3 months, and it is clear the dentist and the staff couldnt care less. Moral of the story: Dont expect to be made a priority unless you are the "big case", paying them a ton of money for work. And dont come here unless you like being in constant pain. I wouldve been better off letting my tooth rot under my old crown. It didnt hurt as much as everything Ive dealt with the last few months. There are plenty of dentists in the area. Choose any of them, and youll be better off than coming here.

Very good bedside manner and the office staff are very nice. The office is clean and comfortable. I like the reminder text messages instead of having to mess with the reminder phone calls. I also appreciate the offices convenient hours and the staffs efforts in always trying to schedule my appointments to meet my needs. They are also very good at explaining what is going on, keeping you updated on any fees or charges that may change due to unforeseen circumstances and working with you to get the dental work you need done when you can afford it and not trying to cram it at you all at once. They even went through my insurance and told me when would be the best time to have what procedures done so that my insurance would cover it and I paid the least out of pocket as possible. Ive had some recent procedures that have caused me quite a bit of pain, but Dr. Habner did her best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible before she would proceed with what she had to do.

Love the staff! They are informative, kind, and gentle. Ive had two great experiences so far with the office and am more than pleased. I was surprised to see poor reviews, which is why Im choosing to review the practice myself. When I called back after a procedure that had some lingering pain, the staff was responsive and more than willing to help. The prices were what I expected. (I also contacted my insurance company for details since the battle is really between me and them, not the dental practice.) My consultation with Sherri was thorough and set excellent expectations for me. Priscilla was gentle. Dr. Habner was easy to work with and talk to. (She is all business; easy to work with and informative.) I could not be more pleased with my experiences. If you need dental work, make an appointment here. Best dental staff Ive ever worked with.
