I totally agree with Robert: Dr. Bindeman is great but he is only there less than 10 minutes. The technician did things in a hurry, cleanings the same. Like to Robert (see below review) his staff was rude and incompetent. Rosemary is rude abusive and has a horrible personality, could not even get things down the first times, holds a grudge, flaring temper. I think she needs therapy or she is abused at home and takes it out on Dr. Bindemans patients. She is indeed simply nasty minded, argumentative, doesnt care about anyone elses pain or suffering, unless you have money to give her right then and there. And then, 2 or 3 times I asked for an explanation of charges, I was asked to leave. So, regardless of how much I like Dr. Bindeman and how great a DDS he is, I cannot go back because I cannot deal with Rosemary.

The technician was very rude and unprofessional. She must have been having a bad day or something and took it out on my teeth. Did my cleaning in under 10 mins and when I asked about it she got upset, put on an attitude and said she would do it over. After hitting my teeth several times with the mirror, I just wanted out of there and away from her bad vibes. The dentist was nice but he only "checks" the teeth at the end of the visit. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place, especially if you already have anxiety about being at the dentist.

Had three wisdom teeth removed on a Thursday late afternoon, was eating pizza for dinner Friday! Dr. Bindeman is the most gentle dentist I know! I recommend him to everyone! And the staff is fantastic! From insurance to appointments, it is like talking to your best freind! They are so easy to work with! Even when I had insurance checks get lost in the mail, Rosemary took care of everything! New checks were sent! Never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist!

great experience. i have been going to dr bindeman for 20+ years. everyone from the front staff to those in the back as well as the dr have been great to me as well as to my husband. the front staff have been very helpful, professional and very willing to assist me in scheduling my appointments as well as helping to give me an idea of what my cost would be for future work needed. i would recommend dr bindeman to any who are in need of dental care.

Dr Bindeman gave me the smile I never had, he does wonderful work. The first time I had an appointment I had a panic attack because of horrible experiences with previous dentists. I finally went back and he and his staff were so kind and gentle, Im not even nervous going to my appointments with him now. I think very highly of Dr Bindeman his work and his staff, hopefully if anyone is afraid of going to the dentist they go to Dr Bindeman . MG

Doctor Bindeman and his staff are awesome and I should know I have been a patient since 1998. He helped me (or should I say gave me the confidence) 15 years ago find an orthodontist. After braces my smile wasnt quite as good as I thought it could be. Dr Bindeman put veneers on my top 8 front teeth. Now I received compliments all the time on my smile and my confidence has soared. I truly look forward to my visits every 6 months.

His staff is excellent. Rosemary is nice and helpful in taking care of insurance questions and front office needs for patients. My family and I have been going to Dr. Bindeman for over 10 years. He is the best dentist in the Clearwater area. The kids just love him. He is so kind and gentle with them that they are not even nervous about going. I get my teeth cleaned every six months and Jen is the best. Takes her time and explains everything that she is doing. All in all I would recommend Dr. Benderman and give the staff a 5 star review.

I found Dr Bindemans office a numer of years ago after some very poor experiences with other Dentists and have been a regular since. The office staff is exceptional dealing with appointments and insurance. Dr Bindeman gave me a smile that I have never had. The is no overselling of services like at other places and the Quality is absolutely the best!
