I had been taking my three daughters here for over 5 years. But I then had the worst encounter with Evelyn (whom I later found out was the GM!), which I dont want any other client/patient to go through. She told me in a very abruptly rude way that there were no drinks allowed in the waiting room that I was in with my 2 daughters, while my third daughter was being worked on. I told her that I was sorry, and that I was unaware of that rule because there were no signs and I had never been told that before. She proceeded to stand in my way of getting to one of my three daughters(so I could bring her with me out of the space that we couldnt have drinks in) She just stood there blocking me, pointing to the other waiting room (where drinks were permitted). I was very patient with her and explained that I needed to get to my daughter to bring her with me. And she still wouldnt move???? A professional and courteous thing to do would have been to offer to maybe take my drink up to reception while I got my kids...So after getting to my daughter, I then go to the reception to fill out a comment card to let the "people in charge" know what just occurred and how unhappy I was about it. While doing so, I asked one of the receptionists who the comment cards went to, and thats when Evelyn came up and snidely said that they come straight to her and dont go any further. Thats when I asked if there was an owner that I could have it routed to, so it wouldnt just get stopped at her, but instead go to the owner/s who may want to know how she treated me... Thats when she said with major attitude "let me do you a favor, Ill just get your charts and you can leave." I couldnt believe what was happening. This was all taking place at reception with a lot of employees watching who didnt interject what so ever. More than likely because she is the GM and they didn’t want to risk their job over me… So as my daughters are finishing their cleanings, I just couldnt stop from crying. I could barely even stop when my daughters came up to me. I was blindsided by what she did, just dumb founded. It was not even a misunderstanding on my part; she must have evidently had a bad day and wanted to take it out on me!! Hopefully the owner/s sees this post, because my sole intention is that they are made aware of this incident that occurred there so that no other client/patient will experience anything close to what I did that day. And I have to say, that before this horrible occurrence, I loved this dental office. But that was more than enough to do it for me!

I have been going to Cobbe Dental for a little over a year now. From braces to cavities to root canals they have done a wonderful job taking care of all of my dental needs. Considering my daughter is extremely afraid of needles and hyper ventilates and freaks out. They were even able to calmly talk to her while they were getting ready to numb her mouth and give it to her with out any fainting or freaking out or legs and arms kicking. I was extremely impressed if that was the only thing they did great but its not. The office has been wonderful. Dr. Stephens in Ortho is Personable and fun. He is able to explain what is going on with the teeth in a down to earth way that is easy to understand.Which makes a huge difference to me. I like to know how things works and why and they dont get upset or annoyed when I ask a ton of questions. The ladies helping him are also really nice and helpful and make the appointment fun. The front desk ladies are also very helpful. They are always getting pulled in many directions by many people all the time and they keep a very professional attitude and they are very kind to everyone. They do their best to "squeeze" you in and work around your schedule the best they can and work with you on the dental insurance side of things. After getting my dental insurance and knowing myself and my children were going to need work done. I checked out 6 different dental places in Spring Hill. Cobbe Dental was the ONLY place that treated me like they were happy I was there and THEY WERE HAPPY to be helping me. They werent rude or pretentious like the other ones were. At times there can be a bit of a wait but they are busy and Im glad that they take their time doing the work correctly and with the least amount of pain possible. The owner is also very nice and working there everyday like everyone else. Every time I have spoken to him he stops and looks me in the eyes and speaks back to me and shakes my hand. Not very many business owners do that anymore and even fewer Dentist and Doctors. Long story short, its been over a year Ive been going to them. Im extremely happy with all of them from the front desk, to the doctors to ortho to even billing that I look forward to going there for many more years and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The worst experience!!! I have 2 daughters 3 and 9. I started taking my oldest when she was 4 and it was an ok experience. She had a cavity filled in, which actually fell out and refilled few times. They told me this was normal. My youngest is 3 so i decided to take her there a few months ago for her first visit. She does have a cavity in her back molar and the rest of her teeth are perfect. Because it was her first visit they just were able to take a couple of xrays. They told me she had 5 cavities! I was in shock but regardless i scheduled a second appt to get an xray for her molars and possible fill in. Appt day i arrive 30 minutes earlier and the office was crazy! They told me that because my daughter is 3 and has never had a fill in done that she will observe another patient getting the same procedure. I wasnt allowed to sit in the waiting room where i would be able to see her because it was "full". Luckily i sat behing that waiting area which has a see through glass decoration. 20 minutes pass and im wondering if my child is ok so i peak she sitting in an office chair spinning around in circles NO ONE AND I MEAN NOBODY was paying attention to my 3 year old. I walked over to the waiting room that was "full" which was empty by the way and sat there watching her being unattened for another 15 minutes. By this time i was so upset and furious I walked over and spoke with the girl "attending" her and the dentist in charge and they both where so rude and never once apologized. I honestly would never recommend them. It was by far the worst experience Ive ever had in a dentist office!!

I would just like to start off by saying I have been a patient of Dr Jensen for many years now. This past weekend I was experiencing terrible pain from my teeth. I held out until Monday when the office opened and called first thing and was told the earliest appointment would be late afternoon, close to closing time. Again I held out until then, arrived promptly at my appointment only to be told, "We can not do anything to help you". After my x-ray Dr Jensen told me he could do nothing to help me and did not offer to prescribe any antibiotics for the severe infection which I had in my teeth, nor any type of pain relief. After wasting a whole day for nothing two days later, all in extreme pain, I found a caring and very helpful doctor that was able to help me right away. After so many years of routine service to this office, this is how you get treated, like I was thrown to the curb. PATIENTS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
