Came in for dental work, I called ahead of time to make sure they took my dental insurance, they said they would however when I went in for dental work ( three separate visits ) they had no idea what my copay was, so they charged me random prices and then billed my insurance company, turns out they didnt work with my insurance company and im stuck paying about $400 out of pocket. I would avoid this dentist office, I will give them that they were kind to me and I always had a pleasant time when there, no pain etc etc. However Im upset with the fact that they did not tell me they didnt work with my insurance ( which was ridiculous considering my appointments were scheduled about two weeks between one another ) and let me keep coming to the office with a made up copay.

Yesterday I visited Dr. Brand for an exam, and cleaning. I feel I must report that in the past with other local dentists, (Palm Harbor, N Clearwater) I have had less than stellar experiences. Yesterday with Dr. Brand and her staff, ...my god!!! It was the best experience ever. From Dr. Brand to the rest of her team, I could not be more pleased. They were kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Brand & team!

I had been going to a my previous dentist for years but I finally had enough of their rude attitude. I switched to Dr. Brand and since the moment I have stepped into that office they have treated me like gold. They are professional, they treat you like family and I have just never had a problem. I sing like a canary for this practice.

Everyone at Dr. Brands office is great! I have been going there for almost six years now, they are almost like family. They call you by name right when you walk in and you can tell everyone is happy to be at work. I couldnt ask for anything better from my dentist.

In one word Outstanding. I am afraid of dentist and have neglected my teeth in the past. I was pushed into going to Dr Brands by my wife, ever since that first time I have not had a problem going there for cleaning or work.

I love this dentist and when I bring my kids here they really like the staff, there is a nice lobby that helps pass time nicely, and it always feels comfortable there.

I find every visit with Dr Brand to be great. I just went and got my teeth whitened and I just cant say how much I am loving to smile now!
