As a new patient...Dr. Crossland is an AMAZING dentist. the office is busy because Dr. Crossland is an excellent dentist. After he fixed my nieces front tooth and did a beautiful job for an amazing price, I made an appointment. I waited several years to find a dentist that could fix a bad prior repair on my broken front tooth and needed a reasonable price. I dont have insurance. Dr. Crossland explained all of the repair options and costs for each (no surprise charges) ensuring I understood each procedure fully & offering to do extra work at little to no extra cost so that I could afford a veneer. Extremely reasonable and fair. I will do this within the year. The Dr. is a perfectionist, which is what you want for a cosmetic procedure on your front tooth. I chose a less expensive bonding option which is a perfect, undetectable repair. I am usually fearful of dentistry, but in this office I felt comfortable, relaxed and calm, like an old friend. Dr. Crossland gave me my confidence and smile back! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will never go anywhere else. I reported the below review to Google as it is abusive and untrue. Other patients that love Dr. Crossland can report the below nasty review as well by clicking on the three dots next to it and selecting "report review." Lets get Google to take it off, its unfair to the Dr. and his wonderful staff.

I have utilized the services of Dr. Crossland for over twenty years. At one point in my life when my employment required several relocations throughout the country, I always traveled back to Clearwater twice yearly for cleaning, check-ups, and any necessary work with Dr. Crossland. The office is immaculately clean and very well organized. The staff is efficient, courteous, and always willing to go out of the way to please the patient. Dr. Crossland is not only a master at his trade, but is gentle and concerned for the well-being, comfort, and state-of-mind of the patient. Obviously, everything stated so far is essential for a dentist and dentists office. What separates Dr. Crossland and his staff from any other dentists office, however, is the wonderful laid-back attitude and amazing humor that just flows throughout the walls. Visiting any doctor or dentist can be stressful...but these folks not only put people at ease, but have them laughing through some of the most serious and involved procedures. I have recommended three friends to Dr. Crossland and all three have not only been satisfied, but have raved about their experiences with the office. Kudos to this amazing group of people and the terrific services they provide!!!

Best dentist & office Ive ever had! The service you receive here from not just Dr. Crossland but the entire staff is just incredible - every time. I started going here in 2009 after my brother referred me and since then not only is my wife (Im recently married) going there but Ive referred many friends there. I even moved to California for more than a year (indefinitely at the time) and kept going to Dr. Crosslands office (I visit my other family in Florida at least once a year so why not). Ive had some serious issues with my teeth and Dr. Crossland always gave me the option of the proper lifetime fix and the lets keep the cost as low as possible bandaid fix that you might get lucky and lasts a lifetime anyway - Ive never met a more honest transparent dentist. Everybody in the office is always so happy and cheerful - especially my dental hygienist Melinda! I read a single bad review above and its just obnoxious - we all have crossed paths with some messed up angry people in our lives and that person is just one of them. Pay no attention - the fact that EVERY OTHER review is 5 stars is a testament to the kind of office Dr. Crossland runs.

A totally mismanaged office. Run by a bunch of relatives with no knowledge of what they are doing. They are set on one thing maximizing the dollar amount in the least amount of office time. It took three weeks to get an appointment only to be called less than 24 hours prior telling me I need to come at noon instead of my 8:30 appointment scheduled. They over booked and I will run them behind.Not a single consideration about why I needed an 8:30 appointment. They are closed on Friday. Dr Cross Dresser when not on some two week vacation is there about 15 hours a week.I guess that all his girlfriends keep him busy. The office is and has always been rude and run by some old lady relative. I suggest finding a young dentist hungry for you business not one that retired 10 years ago and shows his face because it is the law.

Ive been seeing Dr. Crossland for the last 20 years, and I wouldnt even think about seeing another dentist. Dr. Crossland and all the fine folks that work at his office are the absolute best and I trust them implicitly. In fact, Dr. Crossland doesnt participate in my Dental plan at work, and I still go ahead and pay the extra money that it costs me to go out of network because hes the best. On a side note, when my mother had a lapse in Dental coverage, Dr Crossland was nice enough to take care of her at his costs for several expensive crowns which she couldnt have afforded any other way. I cant praise these competent professionals highly enough. They will exceed your expectations.

I cant even begin to express the level of appreciation I have for Dr. Crossland and his team. I have been given ridiculous advice from other dentists that would jeopardize my teeth and Dr. Crossland is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, practical, and very important - HONEST. He is amazing, and my trusted dentist for my entire family. My wife is extremely anxious about the dentist and he treats her with care and understanding while other dentists have made her feel embarrassed. Dr. C, thank you for being you. We love you. I have worked at this office for over 7 years. I have never met a more talented and caring Dentist. We work 4 days a week, 8 hours a day. Our office is Closed on Fridays but we have evening hours on Monday for your convenience. We always strive to make our patients visits comfortable, informative, and sometimes even a little fun.
