Cindy told me that I didnt have rights to my dental records. She mocked me for using a Groupon and going to another dental office. I may need to file a complaint with the Florida Medical Quality Assurance to have access to the proper high-resolution x-ray records. The jpegs sent were of no use to the dentist. I am shocked by the way she spoke to me. I will say that Dr. Baker has a nice way about him. This woman Cindy is rude and combative. I told them I was willing to pay for my records. By law, you pay $1 per page and after 25 pages it drops down to a quarter per page. She scolded me twice about getting a Groupon and going to another office for dental work. I told her I have not broken the law by going to another dentist. I hate having to report this office, but the truth needs to be exposed. I had them on speaker phone at the dentist I chose and had two witnesses of her telling me that I had no right to my dental records. My dentists mouth dropped wide open in shock. This doctor needs to overhaul his staff. There are fines legal and consequences for this type of violation. I have two witnesses to her illegal activity. There will be an investigation ensuing now. DO NOT SAY THAT PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS TO THEIR RECORDS. I did like the dentists he was nice. I wonder if Dr. Baker knows how she treats people. I doubt he would be okay with this type of legal violation. Cindy needs to adjust the way she treats the patient. We have legal rights Cindy, stop breaking the law.

My appointment was at 12:45, I got there early at around 12:20, filled out paperwork for 10 minutes...They took me back around 12:35. I was told the hygienest may not be there until 2. After 20 minutes of xrays and talking to the dentist, I was told my cleaning would definitely not be until 2. I asked how long the cleaning would be...its an hour. At this time it was 1:15. So Im suppose to wait an hour just to sit there another hour for my cleaning? I dont understand why they would even take me back early or even schedule my appointment at a time when the hygienist isnt even there???....I decided to leave and reschedule.To top it all off, the woman at the front counter with glasses...extremely rude!! Horrible first impression for this company. Im pretty sure she was the same woman that I spoke with on the phone to schedule my appt that sounded like she hated her job. She asked if there was a time issue and I explained to her why and she acted very rude like she wasnt understanding the problem. Horrible customer service skills. If you hate your job that much do us all a favor and quit. Oh and my next rescheduled cleaning isnt until June 1st! I would like my money back instead of waiting another month just for a cleaning! Dont get the Groupon!!

Believe me, I have had very bad luck with previous dentist offices and finding one that I can depend on is really a gift from above. Thanks again Dr. Baker, Im very fortunate to have you and your staff taking care of our dental needs. Please relay our gratitude to your staff for a job well done, again and again!! 6 months ago: Awesome staff, always courteous and outstanding at what they do. I just had my annual cleaning done with Melissa and I feel like brand new. Doctor Craig also took care of a chip in one of my front tooth without breaking my wallet. He is the best dentist in the 25 years weve been living in Clearwater. Believe me when I say it is a privilege because, prior to Dr. Craig, weve had nothing but disappointments. Dr. Craig and staff makes is so simple, no hassles, and the work they do is absolutely golden. I also love the appointment reminders by email and phone. Thank you Dr. Craig and please congratulate your staff for a job well done for the many years weve been with you, particularly for taking such good care of my family.

I bought a Groupon for an exam and cleaning and waited nearly six weeks for the appointment which was split into two appointments, making me take off from work twice. I arrived about 20 minutes early for the appointment and was asked for the Groupon as soon as I walked in. I was surprised when it was redeemed before the visit. I was looking around while I waited and noticed how shabby and rundown the tiny office appeared. A drill (or some type of dental equipment) was clearly heard from the back, making it seem no doors were closed past the open door to the back office. The giant air freshener on the counter was so strong and cloying my eyes were watering and I started coughing. And I started to wonder what the smell was they were trying to cover up. I informed the front desk I could not stay and left. Groupon, of course, will not refund my money since it is past their 3 day purchase policy. I will never purchase a Groupon again for any type of medical services.

I used a Groupon (exam, x-rays. cleaning). I got there about 15 min late due to traffic and bad GPs advice. --- Sorry guys. Xrays were many --- very thorough. Found a number of needed repairs. Not BS -- stuff I already knew or suspected. Dentist was good guy (no actual procedures performed, beyond exam). The hygienist (Melissa) did a very good job but was not very personable. -- She did not explain as she went and my questions seemed to annoy her. Ill sacrifice personability for technical proficiency every time, so I still give her 5-stars. The assistant (Kim) was the friendliest. I may let them do the follow-up work and if so, Ill update this review accordingly. FYI: being a doctor myself, Im not the perfect, compliant "yes" patient healthcare people often prefer. I can be picky and tend to ask questions. These guys pretty much rolled with that.

Highly recommended. I am very picky about dentists. I am what you might call a nightmare patient. I question everything, I hate upselling, and I am well educated on the unnecessary procedures most dentists try to sell you. These people are great. Very professional, courteous, and skilled. They fixed my chipped tooth and really took their time to do it right. They perfectly matched the color. Dr. Baker really worked at making sure the bite was just right, having me slide my teeth around and checking and repeating about a half dozen times, making little adjustments until perfection was achieved. I have finally found a dentist that meets, and in fact exceeded all of my expectations. This is THE place to go. P.S., I dont give 5 star reviews lightly.

For my March 2017 appt, Dr Bakers team were on their game! Walked in, was warmly greater, and led immediately to the dental chair where Denise did a friendly and fabulous job of cleaning and inspecting my teeth. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Fantastic experience! Thank you! Today (7/31/17), I had to have a crown installed. Once again, everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Baker explained what I should expect during the procedure and did what hed said. Best thing yet, was he was able to make the crown on site! One appointment, 3 hours and done! Thanks Dr Baker and Kim; great job!
