I have to say that this office goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable at all times. I did some shopping before I decided on an office. Prestige has a website where you can actually view their office and take a tour. That made me feel like I had already been there. When I arrived they greeted me with a smile and offered me something to drink while I waited. On my first visit I saw the hygienist and she was great. She made me feel right at home and even gave me a heated neck pillow when I told her that I had a neck problem. She explained everything thoroughly, and my cleaning was very comfortable. I even got a nice warm towel for my face when my cleaning was complete. She introduced me to Dr. Beil who was very friendly and kind. He proceeded to do my exam which included an oral cancer exam. That impressed me because I dont think my last office bothered to do that. I had some dental work that needed to be done. Dr. Beil answered all my questions with regard to my treatment, and his assistant Shannon reviewed my costs and scheduled an appointment for me. Everything went very smoothly. Dr. Beil was able to do a crown for me in one visit due to the up to date technology of their equipment. Trust me that is SO MUCH BETTER than having a temporary crown for weeks while you wait for the real one. Just to make things clear, the dentist office was never one of my favorite places to be.. but I can honestly say I look forward to my next visit there. I would recommend this office to everyone, and I have already sent some of my friends.

Prestige Dentistry and Dr. Horowitz have been absolutely great everytime Ive been there. The staff there makes sure you are very comfortable and have made going to the dentist a pleasant experience (by providing blankets if youre cold, beverages if youre thirsty, etc..very accommodating w/ everything). Dr. Horowitz is extremely thorough with every procedure Ive had him for. He will explain every step patiently with you and make sure you like the work he has done.. Which has always been superb. Ive gone to multiple dentists in NYC and NJ that were rated very highly, and have had the fillings fall out as little as 6 months after getting them done as well as no real detailed explanation of what theyll be doing. I had Dr. Horowitz replace those fillings and 2 years later I am having absolutely no problems with them. Great solid work, and finally a dentist that really cares about the job he is doing. Im extremely happy with all the procedures Ive had done to my teeth thus far at Prestige Dentistry, and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for perfect work done to their teeth.

Thank You Dr Horowitz! Two years ago Dr Horowitz did a series of overlays on my teeth. Last Friday, I noticed something "gritty" in my mouth as I was eating a cracker. Then, I noticed a large gap/hole in one of my upper back teeth. It turned out what I was chewing was part of my tooth that had fractured. Fortunately no pain. Monday I called the office. They said I could come in Wednesday. At 2:00 on Monday, I got a call and they said come now. So I went to the office anxious to hear the news about what had happened to my tooth and find out the cost of a fix. Dr Horowitz speculated that a small fracture had failed, it was not the overlay. None the less he proceeded to repair the problem and designed a new overlay. I was in the chair almost 3 hours. Several x-rays were taken. I walked out with everything resolved. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Horowitz for his skill and professionalism. When I got to the front desk I was told NO CHARGE! Thank You Prestige Dentistry and Dr Horowitz. You are the caretakers of my smile!

if I could give a negative star i would - last year i went in with insurance and wanted to start getting everything taken care of that i needed to take care of in reference to my dental work. they give me estimates on everything send it to my insurance company they say EXACTLY what they will pay not an estimate.I go in and they start the work after discussing it one more time over the phone I am over charged by 60+ dollars for each quad because of something they wanted to do not me and dont bother telling me until I start to pay my bill.bill paid in full even with the services I didnt ask to be done. wont go back at this point. low and behold 6 months later i get in a bill for 3 dollars..3 dollars take your 3 dollar bill and shove it clean up where the sun doesnt shine! BUYER BEWARE HERE AS WELL ! you can pay your bill in full have all your statements and your insurance info and they still want more even if it just 3 dollars you are the worst of the worst in dentistry!

I have had great experiences since becoming a patient at Prestige Dentistry. Dr Horowitz is very attentive to detail and makes a concerted effort to meet the desires and expectations I have of my teeth. He makes sure I am aware of all the options available to me and explains the procedure, outcome and financing of the various options. I have found the receptionists and dental hygienists to be very friendly and helpful. They show and describe the state of the art equipment they use when you first become a patient; which immediately made me realize I had made a great decision choosing their practice. I have always been highly satisfied with the work done to my teeth at Prestige Dentistry.

The practice uses consultative sales techniques as soon as you walk in the door... asking you to identify what is "important" to you in terms of dental health. During the cleaning, the hygienists tries to sell you some ancillary services/items and ties the rationale of the service/item to what you felt was important during your initial screening. Later, the dentist comes in and its high pressure sales to the max. Hitting lots of emotions along the way, and also tying in services/treatment options back to what you initially told them was important to you. This folks cross ethical boundaries when they use these tactics to entice sales of medical services.

OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE sad thing is the dentist Dr Horwitz very nice and patient! The office staff is rude and incompetent. I had so many billing issues and when I went to speak to the office staff, I was told that my insurance problems are because they did me a favor! $4500.00 later and they did me a favor! Amazing, cancelled my appointment and the office manager in the most unprofessional manner "not a problem", my response that is why I cancelled the appointment, did not think it would be. It is really too bad, but until the Dr read this and does something nothing will change.

I had my first visit 3/28/12 and didnt know what to expect. However from the moment Dana called me back to be seen I was treated as Royalty. I was treated to an in depth, very detailed tour of the facility which was stunningly ultra contemporary. Impressed and comfortable with my surroundings, I was very much so. I was even having a good time with my mouth stretched wide open. My procedure was excellent but I was the more amazed by the warmth and reception I received. Dana your amazing!!! Dr. J is pretty cool too. I have stumbled upon my new Dentistry Home.
