I was a patient for almost an entire month. The staff was friendly and polite. However, I would like to point out two things I thought could use some improvement. One being the ridiculous claim pricing from Cora corporate. Considering my rehab plan for a unstable shoulder I was billed $222 and $296 for each 1 hour visit which sometimes didnt even include the complete service. I was told to go 3 times a week for an entire month. Now my insurance "Aetna" had negotiated pricing terms so the $222 dropped to 63.57 and $296 to $84.76 but I was still responsible for a $40 co-pay and 10% of the claim. So each visit ended up to be $42-44. I had to cancel my last appointment because my shoulder wasnt better and at the time of this writing I owe $500 to Cora Rehab Clinic. Now this is primarily an issue with my insurance company and Cora but just wanted anyone with "Aetna" to be aware that these are the prices to be expected from being a patient there. Now I cant speak for the other locations but as far as the Kendall location goes; their decision to use interns for some of their rehab treatment and front desk work after several visits seemed unregulated considering how much i was paying for the treatment. Before my claims showed up on my insurance I didnt think much of this "intern" issue until i was billed. I always thought the paid employees should be the ones attending most of the patient instead of the other way around. During my whole treatment 80% was done by an intern. I would only recommend Cora Rehab clinics if your insurance company pays for the co-pay and at least 90% of treatment because other than you will end up paying at least $500 for a months treatment. To me that is a whole lot of money considering one already pays for insurance. Better to just learn the exercises from a website and do them at home. Also, make sure you get full-time paid employees to help with your rehab and not some intern. Good Luck to anyone needing physical therapy!

My experience at Cora West Kendall has been excellent. They have made my journey extremely pleasant and comforting. Beginning from the friendly and caring staff. From when I walked in the door, Lourdes and the front desk staff were very accommodating. I had several angels help me get through my 4 months of therapy. Hugo, Georgette were 2,of my angels. Georgette was the substitute therapist, and I thoroughly enjoyed when she was there for me. Very sweet and caring lady. Hugo is a wonderful PT asst. always willing to help. Very kind and caring young man. He will be a great Physical Therapist one day. The other PT, and PT assistants were very nice and supportive. Especially, Johnny, i never had him assist me but I witnessed his miracles with other patients. The queen angel was my wonderful therapist, Inga. Without her I my arm would not have healed. She was patient, caring, supportive and pushed me when I needed to be pushed. I am forever grateful to her. Now that my therapy journey has come to an end, I will miss this group of angels

I when to Cora because of a lower back problem, after four therapies and also doing my part at home, I started seeing a improvement on my back and the pain started to disappear. Since the moment I enter the clinic I got a great service starting from the front desk all the way to the therapist. Johnny and Melanie are very nice and they are always checking that you are doing all the exorcises the proper way. I highly recommend the clinic. Thank you for you help.

I have been going to Cora for physical therapy. I am every happy with the service I receive from the front desk to behind the scene. I have seen that all the employees treat all the patient like they are family. I always recommend this place to anyone that ask for a rehab clinic for therapy. Last but not least the young blonde lady at the front desk always has my paper ready once she see me coming in. All the employees are always ahead of the game. David

First time in my life I had to do physical therapy. I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgable about my recovery. My therapist "Johnny"completely took me from barely able to walk to running in a matter of 4 weeks time. He was extremely knowledgeable and played a key part to my recovery! I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Kendall area.

My first experience at with Cora was at their North Dade clinic where they helped me recover from a broken ankle. I was very satisfied with their care. Now I recently injured my other ankle and Im currently doing my rehab here at West Kendall, where Im also very satisfied. I would highly recommend this facility as well. The customer service from the front desk and the therapists is excellent.

Johnny and Hugo are the best physical therapists in miami Dade county. Over the course of 6 weeks they helped me stregthen my chronically injured ankle back to 100%. The receptionists Patty and Kaisa were also extremely respectful to me and helpful with setting appointments. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this Cora Rehab location, and would gladly come back anytime in the future.

Cora Rehab Clinic West Kendall is such a great facility. The facility is very clean, and the staff is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They care about getting your body back to health. The Occupational Therapists, Patty and Sandra, made sure my shoulder was in great standing before releasing me. My shoulder feels better now than before my injury. I highly recommend this location.

Wish I can give more stars than there is! I love my therapist Sandra, she is very nice and is someone that is easy to make conversation and have fun with pt and is very easy to feel comfortable with. When I came in I had a really bad injury and could barely move my arm or fingers now I can move everything and im only 2 months in and I give it all to Sandra!

At the beginning i had a really bad experience but what made me go back was the service of my therapist Georgette it was such a pleasure meeting her she always made me feel better and took time and patience to make my experience less painful. Overall the therapist are great they are respectful and made me change my negative opinion about this place.

Im rehabbing here after a Quad Tendon Rupture Repair (very difficult btw) and this office from reception to PTs are exceptional. Samanda, Jerry and the other PTs are professional, knowledgeable, results driven. If you have had orthopedic surgery, or any injuries related to accidents etc, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

Ive been to this facility for multiple injuries related to work or sport and they always did a great job. They are very professionnal and friendly and they do everything to make you recover fast in great conditions. Ask for Johnny hes the best. I strongly recommend this physical therapy center.
