The front desk and other front line staff have normally been very good to me. i can see they work very hard with large patient load. For the most part, (with a few exceptions), I have been able to get referrals in a timely manner but I have also had to be proactive on some occasions. My biggest complaint is with the doctors. I have used them all. the nurse practitioner and Dr Martinez can be very condescending and their personalities can go from night to day, depending on their level of irritation. Dr Sandavol is the Doctor I liked the best, even though there was still room for improvement. Ultimately, I left for several reasons. If you try to leave your doctor a message, most of the time, you will not receive a call back except from the receptionist telling you to make an appt. This place is run more like a low income clinic instead of a private doctor office. They will try to force you to go to certain specialists, if that specialist falls under their list of doctors they have an affiliation with. Lastly and the worst, they have implemented a new policy. If you receive a referral and need to see that same doctor again, you must have another office visit. In my case, I was seeing ongoing specialists, which meant too many PCP visits just to get a new referral back to the same doctor.

The doctors are good , the nurses are good, the customer service is good, the patient transportation is really good, but when it comes to the referal departments the employees are very, very unresponsible they ars slow a do not follow priorities.

Super full I had a broken hand and took 4 ever for the doctor to see me I would not recommend to no one and costumer service suck
