Their dental office almost never pick up their phone no matter what time of day I call. Ive been trying to make an appointment for cleaning for weeks now but I get put on hold for almost an hour. Theyre supposed to be there for low income families, but they wont pick up their damn phone. Why do they even have it if theyre not going to answer?

Very happy with the care I am receiving through Dr Balthazar and the entire staff. Unable to work now and have no insurance they helped me get approved through the We Care program. They were as excited as I am. I am now getting much needed treatment.
