If there was a zero star this place takes the cake. In from out of town visiting family, of course kids get sick! Googled urgent cares that see pediatric patients....this place was close and affiliated with a large hospital. So I figured their docs probably rotate through and have above average experience. My 10 mo old had a fever and has had recurring ear infections, actually scheduled to get tubes in 3 days. So, I have a pretty great idea of the issue and just need someone to look in his ears. Under normal circumstances I would have waited till we were home, in another day. However, I dont want his surgery cancelled because he has a fever; he really needs antibiotics if his ears look suspect. I should have known it was an issue when the secretary started asking what was wrong and disappearing to give someone the answers. Then they said they only see kids 2 and up....which it doesnt say anywhere, or on their site. Then she said the doctor would take a look but if she cant help we would have to go to the ED...I agreed. I fill out the paperwork, with a toddler dancing around and the baby in my lap (the only person in the waiting area). Give it to the secretary and a nurse comes out.....to tell me the provider doesnt feel comfortable seeing the baby and we should go somewhere else. She was very apologetic about this and said normally they see babies as young as 6 months, but this provider just will not. So, after wasting all this time, we were able to get to another urgent care (MD Now) just before they closed. Guess what!?! He had an ear infection, got antibiotics and we were done. Bottom line, this was a common situation and the choice to refuse care was unprofessional and substandard. As a registered nurse, I understand how fundamental assessing an ear is, this is a Med school/nursing school 101 type skill. The fact the provider was "uncomfortable" I feel should be substituted for incompetent. Furthermore, the provider lacked the courtesy to actually lay eyes on the patient or deliver this message in person to convey any sense of empathy. Urgent cares are a dime a dozen and medicine is a customer service business. Make your choices wisely.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TODDLER/KID HERE! I brought my 2 year old son to get X-rays done on his foot. The doctor came in to check it and basically said he thinks its just a strain and to wait 3 days if hes not walking then go get an X-ray at the ER. They said they couldnt do the X-ray there bc they had nothing to "calm" him down (he hates the doctors and was screaming crying) meaning they could sedate him. We asked if we could just hold him while he got an X-ray and they said no bc they wont be able to get a proper X-ray. Im thinking they were just being lazy and didnt want to deal with a screaming toddler. THEY ALSO TAKE FOREVER, biggest waste of my time. So we went to another urgent care, they were able to give us X-rays no problem and we got to hold him while they did it. Only took 30 seconds to get the X-ray. No sedation needed (seemed crazy in the first place when doctor told us he needed to be sedated when it wasnt a bad break) Turned out he had a hairline fracture. If the doctor would of done an X-ray in the first place it would of saved a lot of time and pain for my son. Please dont waste your time on this place if u have a toddler/kid. Id give this 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend after hour pediatrics, they were super quick and very nice.

This place had me go to the hospital because they insisted that their tests showed no infection and that I most likely had a larger issue and would need to be scanned. Upon going to the hospital where they ran the exact same tests that this institution claimed to have ran showed that I did have an infection and that I was peeing blood. I will be reporting this to the authorities. These people should not be practicing medicine and I honestly even question if the ran the test in the first place.

I went to this place complaining of coughing and shortness of breath. The doctor told me I had a ear infection and wrote a prescription for a antibiotic. I told her I strongly doubt thats the diagnosis and requested a x-ray. She said no and Ill just have to suck it up. Total time spent with the doctor was about 90 seconds. 3 days later I went to my primary care physician and they diagnosed me with bronchitis. This place is a total joke I will not be returning.

This place discriminated against me bc i am a medicaid recipient. I lost my job and temporary i have medicaid. But the staff treated me unfairly. The front desk woman ask what insurance you have and then says the doctor may not see you, loudly. After that the nurse comes out in reception area and starts asking personal questions in front of everyone in waiting area. Again trying to turn me around. Its really unfair that people treat others this way in pain.

Dr Jones should choose a profession he actually wants to be a part of, or is competent of doing, instead of giving inadequate care to his patients! Disputing the charges as I was not treated at all for what I came for. To read the discharge papers and see in writing when I should someone urgently, and those be the symptoms that brought me there, but completely disregarded is ridiculous! His care, or lack there of, puts the medical profession to shame.

"Great service, all around amazing staff. In & Out in the blink of an eye." Although I did have good service when I went about 6 months ago. I was billed by my insurance $250 for not paying a co-pay of $10 when I checked with the nurse and double checked receptionist to make sure all my paperwork and any necessary documents were in order. Truly upsetting especially when I came back from the military with an unexpected bill in the mail.

This place is a joke. Went here to get some antibiotics for a 3 inch knee laceration that was stapled together the day before. Dr. Perez wouldnt prescribe a script. It was a huge waste of time and money. Instead they referred me to the hospital. So in the end, I had to pay a $100 copay to be told to go some place else. Shut this place down!

Terrible experience, only patient, one hour later still not seeing by a Dr. ,I checked if it was a Dr., yes it was, in the computer, I asked for a refund. The Dr. name Katie Novak. It is supposed to be an "urgent care". Not human sensitivity at all, what a shame, sad very sad.

Horrendous. Youre better off googling your own symptoms. and when you need to speak to billing , well... Keep waiting. Ive been waiting since April for a phone call back afternoon leaving a message a week. Better off waiting and seeing a rea doctor. Horrible place.

The friendliness of the staff (everyone!) was just amazing. They all gave you the confidence of a professional staff, interested in doing whats best for the patient. This will be my "go to" facility from now on.
