Tuve cita con la doctora Madeline González. Mi cita era a las 3, pero me pidieron que llegara dos horas antes. Llegue a la 1:30, entre a la cita a las 4 de la tarde y adentro su asistente hizo mi historial médico (peso, medidas, presión, etc) me pidió que me quitara toda la ropa, me dio una bata y se fue diciéndome que la doctora llegaría en seguida... Una hora después (5pm, y yo muerta de frío, hambre y de muy mal humor) entra la doctora, ni una disculpa... Nada! Me reviso en 5 minutos!! No se tomó el tiempo de explicarme bien nada. Por supuesto que no regrese a la siguiente cita! Fui a pedir una copia de los estudios que me hicieron, me pidieron que llenara un formulario y me dijeron que estarían listos en 4 días. Y resulta que perdieron mi formulario! La peor experiencia médica que he tenido! Si pueden busquen otra clínica

La verdad que aca hay una falta de respeto a la comunidad..te dicen un horario y no cumplen jamas ..citas de las 8 para que te atiendan a las 12 o 1 un grupo de enfermeras platicando y gritando en grupo hoy "se bebe" me causo gracia ..mientras todas las personas esperando afuera para ser atendidas despues te dicen que estan atrazados..desde que llego hadta que me fui gente quejandose por lo mismo el horario ..a otra persona le tubieron que hacer otra prueba de embarazo porque no tenian su informacion..y ella iva para la cita de las 9 semanas ni un ultra nu una cita nada..llamando toda la semana para una receta y nadie atendia el telefono..un verdadero desastre y falta de respeto ...la proxima posteo videos del relajo que gay ahi

Fui por primera vez hace 2 días y sin turno o cita. Llegue a las 12:30 pm y me atendieron a las 5:30 pm. Me habían dicho que al no tener cita previa, tendría que esperar por si alguien cancelara o esperar hasta el final. Nadie canceló y tuve que esperar. Me atendieron muy bien, desde la primera recepcionista hasta la doctora. Fueron muy amables y hasta se lamentaron por mi lógica espera. MUY BUEN SERVICIO !!!!! Veo que la gente se queja mucho. Quisiera saber de estas personas que protestan . . . . de que donde vienen y que servicio e instalaciones tienen en sus países de origen!!!!! A ver si Donald Trump hace un poco de limpieza. Doctor Rosado and her nurse are wonderful. The gentleman nurse is also very nice but doesnt speak more then 3 words of English. The front desk ladies are another story. Their computers are very old and slow so that must be frustrating, and People not understanding their insurance or lack of insurance must be frustrating. But seriously they need attitude adjustment. I have been about 7x with my new baby now and they have been pretty good about not making me wait. I always go @ 8am so I am nearly first there. Their lab process is infuriatingly slow at times. You bring your own paper work over to them and they take time laughing with eachother and not focusing on their jobs. I was also supoosed to have a small surgery scheduled for the baby and my doctor said it should be right away. The scheduler woman took over a week and half to actually schedule an appointment and then it was in 2 more weeks. When I called after 2 days she was rude with me as if i should know how busy she was and that she would get to it when she got to it. That was a shocking response. I informed her the doctor said it should be right away. She still took her time

After paying my co-pay and waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time, they told me there were still 2 people in front of me, which I would understand if I was a walk-in patient but I scheduled an appointment and this type of wait is unacceptable. They were unable to process a refund of the co-pay. The scheduling staff have a complete disrespect of their customers time. My first annual Gyno appointment at the Biscayne location took about half hour of the doctors time, and they billed my insurance close to $1,000. With those kind of rates, you expect to deal with nice and capable people. Instead my experience with everyone apart from the doctor has been horrible. Its a shame as my doctor, Madeline, was smart and wonderful. And this clinic is very close and convenient. But unless they work to improve Im going to have to find an alternative. This is why its so important not to allow health care to be monopolized. Sadly health clinics have no motivation to improve when we arent given choices.

This specific clinic was a referral by the University of Miami in hopes of finding a budget friendly location for a full time student. My experience at this facility has been sub par thanks to the front desk receptionist (Lenore) who has no people skills and can be condescending at times. Aside from these traits, this lady does not let you speak and when you actually have the opportunity (5 seconds tops) to get a word in she abruptly interrupts you and speaks over you. The Doctors are actually professional whom will diagnose you properly ONLY when the front desk lady can fit you into their schedule. Again BEWARE with the receptionist as this is not a hoax nor a review to place anyone at this location in a bad position within the community. I am extremely sincere and cannot emphasize how I will begin to look elsewhere for professional attention no thanks to the first face you see in this office. =/

Increíble!!! tenía una cita me hicieron entrar a un cuarto espere por 2 hrs y una enfermera me dijo que tenía que salir afuera a esperar porque habían 2 personas antes que nosotros que habían llegado a tarde a sus citas. Es el colmo de la falta de respeto con los pacientes. Porque no me atendieron de una vez a mi ya que llegue a tiempo??? Pregunté hablar con el managers y está de vacaciones. . Por favor alguien tiene que poner orden en esta clínica es un horror!!!

If anyone gave this clinic 5 stars its a lie. First time at this clinic and the lobby area isnt very clean, there is not enough chairs for everyone(people standing and children sitting on the floor), there limited parking, my appointment was for 11am I got there at 10:40am and at 12:00 (noon) I asked how much longer is the wait the receptionist said I have 5 or 6 people in front of me. Completely ridiculous I requested a refund of my co pay and ask that my insurance card not be charged. Very disgusted with this clinic its very shocking because thier other clinc in north miami beach is completely the opposite clean, enough parking, enough seats in the lobby area and I have never had a long wait within 1 hour I was done. I have been going to thier north miami clinic for 3 years and I never had an experience like this one.

Vas con cita y te hacen esperar entre 2 y 3 horas. La sala de espera está abarrotada y todo está viejo. Las salas donde te atiende el médico son minúsculas. Es una sensación de clínica tercermundista. Después la doctora que me atendió (Deborah Kim) fue muy amable y profesional. Pero la clínica es lo peor que he visto.

Pésimo lugar, tuve una cita para las 10:30 am, llegué a las 10:07 am, me fui casi a las 2:00pm y no me atendieron. Si no tenía problemas médicos, salí con varios de allí ; de la rabia y el mal humor provocado por la espera en semejante lugar. Mi calificación ni media estrella, es un agujero negro.
