Made an appointment to specifically see the psychiatrist, cant begin to count how many times I said the word psychiatrist within one phone call... Anyways scheduled it three weeks out, per their availability. They called and cancelled and rescheduled my appointment three separate times(one of the times they called thirty minutes prior to appointment time, so I was already in route and had to turn around once they cancelled again on me) so I finally get to my appointment day and time number three and get shuffled between their behavior health door and primary care door, finally get told that whomever scheduled me scheduled me for primary care, not psychiatric. And that further more they arent accepting new patients at all, and that for my inconvenience they could schedule me anyways....FOUR MONTHS LATER!!!!! Additionally they would not even schedule the appointment unless I filled out a 90 page packet and turned it in... I took the packet and left without scheduling. Their slogan or motto on the packet they gave me is that they provide the best, quality experience there is to offer, however with my experience they are inexperienced in the basic skills needed for simply running an office.. I will not be returning because if this is how the front of the house is run, I can only imagine what a mess the back of the house is... Thankfully I would classify my mental health needs as minimal, regardless mental health should be held in higher regard. Mental health is a serious issue currently in our society and the issue of mental health issues going undiagnosed, undiscussed, underestimated and not properly cared for in comparison to any other field of health care in comparison. The strength it can take just to make an appointment is sometimes a lot for some, but I hate to think that someone with severe issues have a similar experience to mine and something terrible happen in result, as weve seen with Sandy Hook, Robin Williams death or the Batman movie shooter, to name only a few. So if your considering this company for your mental health care, dont bother. But stay strong and continue your road to happy, healthy, stronger you!!!

Cluadette Johns saw me on a very busy day i had a terrible wound and squeezed me in , later ii will to see a wound care specialist at but hadnt I received a swab fro a culture from Rob ( laboratory) determining a course of antibiotics was needed i be in world of hurt, The front desk worked miracles that day that day, I owe them big time And goes show you never know i was there two prior weeks every checked out fine, this was either a staph wound or bug bite gone staph in matter of days Thanks Dr.Pierone for a wonderful staff Jiim

I scheduled an appointment here early January for the end of February, they were in network with my insurance and everything was set. Showed up for my appointment and they told me I wasnt in their system at all and are no longer accepting new patients. Now to have to drive 3 towns over and wait another couple months, mind you I have a chronic painful disease I needed treatment for today, and wait to see if I can get in elsewhere.

Claudette Johns was very thorough. She took detailed info. I had blood work, and talked briefly with Dr. McCain. I would have liked to stay there, but the payment of fees was complicated, and they ended up overcharging me. I have since signed up for a Medicare complete HMO (AARP medicare complete "Focus" and have to transfer to a new doctor, because WFHC doesnt take HMOs.

I have been trying to call all day to make an appt for my son who is bi-polar and out of medication and all day I have been getting voicemail. Finally spoke to someone who sent me to another voicemail. Tried calling back again and back to voicemail that says they are closed...wish I wasnt forced to take my son here!!

Wonderful clinic until they decide you have a mental problem. If you get the least bit upset, they ignore you and hope you go away. I dont have to pay to get discriminated against. I can get it for free.
