I brought my vomiting, 103 degree fever, 4 year old son into Carespot in 02/2015. He had just started not feeling well that morning. As soon as the NP came in, without even examining him, she advised me that my son had the stomach bug. She quickly checked his ears, nose, he opened his mouth - she than wrote us a prescription for an anti-nausea liquid and suppository. Within 24 hours my sons health decreased, RAPIDLY! His fever would not break, he wouldnt hold liquids, he was covered head to toe in a red rash. Not wanting to sit in the ER, not knowing how his health would hold up for that wait, I brought my son to Physicians Immediate Care. Upon my arrival there, we were brought back and he was immediately diagnosed with Scarlett fever, strep throat, and oral thrush - NO stomach bug. He was put on an IV immediately and given an antibiotic, plus I was told that the anti-nausea medicine I was prescribed previously was a dangerous dosage for his height and weight. He was out of school for 2 weeks, I was out of work for 2 weeks. Not only did carespot misdiagnose my son, their NPs careless and complacent judgment could have ended MUCH worse than just a $1,950.00 bill from Physcians Immediate Care. My advise, only go into carespot if you know what is wrong.

I was Very disapointed with the way I was talked to. Basically if you have a bad back that because a ex fractured your spine. Your not in any real pain and basically you just need to lose weight and do your exersises. Why would I drag my children and make my husband leave work for you to chastise me. We are a not well earning family and we lost a days pay because I physically couldnt lift my 4 month old. I miss my old tn drs they actually caref and listened. Not to mention I said I had burning urine I didnt even het told if it was a uti or not untill I asked while she rushed out. My children and husband we told to leave. If my husband was there he wouldnt have let her be an rude. Thank you for being so rude and considering the dr said she had spine problem and a surgery she was the most unsympathetic dr I have every met. Im a preson not a number or paycheck. So hurt. Sincery the gorl who needs to lose weight so you dont have back issues. Ps my baby is only 4 months old and I have lost 45. Learn manners!

Complete waste! I took my daughter b/c she was having bad ankle pain and the np Christine Schiller told me to buy her dr schols inserts.... then told me I had crappy insurance and theres nothing she can do for me... and what really made me upset was I called and was told to make an appt b/c its quicker... not only did we wait an hour but people came in after us and were taken first... what a shame... would never recommend this place.. she no had no idea what to do for my daughter, I requested an X-ray just to be sure there wasnt a hair line fracture , and she told me "not necessary, people with ankle pain dont walk that way" . I told her she plays competitive sports and should she take time off and she said lol"keep a diary of difference things to try " and see what makes the pain go away... lol are you kidding me? Woman was rude talking over me, and to top it off didnt even look at her ankle!!!!

We went into this location last night (9/22/2016) at 4 minutes to closing. I genuinely felt bad bringing my fiance there so late because I know people want to go home and have a life when they get out of work. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I was really shocked when they agreed to see him. I wish I had gotten everyones name so I could pay them each a compliment but I didnt. The nurses and the gal at the front desk were so great and I really feel like I owe them a debt of gratitude. I would encourage anyone to go to this location. I have health insurance and a PCP and I still choose to go to Care Spot because I dont have to wait long and everyone is so nice. Again, thank you to everyone who worked last night for their kindness and for their willingness to stay a little later to treat my fiance. You guys are awesome!!

TERRIBLE!!! Should be 000 stars! Made an appointment. Was assured no more than a 10 minute wait for the appointment which was scheduled for about 50 minutes later. Showed up early. Waited 75 minutes before walking out in disgust. Assured several times "youre next". Obviously they give priority to returning appointments and returning walk-ins. Refused my requests to see a manager or access to "Annie" who told me all the lies. No apology. BAD NEWS joint! Id STAY AWAY. for sure. This bad now will only be worse when the legal weed law goes into effect and you have to wait in line for the walk in stoners to get licensed at $300.00 plus per head!!........LOL!!!!

This was definitely a great experience... Now a days its hard to find great customer service, hell even just ok service but it really was a breath of fresh air when i walked in. I didnt even have an appointment. They made me feel @ home more like a guest and not just another customer. I have always hated the doctors office but they gave me a whole new outlook. Everyone was very friendly and Christine who took care of me was absolutely great in providing me with all the answers to my questions. They were consistent in follow ups as well. I can write about this all day but who wants to read a whole article lol. Overall, Grade A all around... Will put out the word... :)

The service was perfect I called and spoke to one of the employees and let them know how much pain I was in from a ear infection and they got me in to see the doctor within 15 minutes from the time I called to the time I saw the doctor needless to say I was very impressed then I got to see the doctor and he was very quick to tell me what was wrong and took a lot of time to explain to me what it was how to treat it and made sure that he answered all the questions I had. So without saying I would totally go back there in the future if needed and I would recommend this office to everyone I meet. Thanks again for all your help

I HAD A FISH HOOK EMBEDDED IN MY RIGHT HAND AND EVEN THOUGH I WAS EXPERIENCED AT REMOVING HOOKS IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO .THANKS TO NOVACANE AND A LOVELY STAFF AND EXPERT MEDIALLY TRAINED WOMAN SHE REMOVED IT WITH NO PAIN WHAT SO EVER.SHE WAS DEDICATED ,FRIENLY AND ACCOMPLISED IN HER PROFESSION.NOW SEVERAL WEEKS LATER I AM COMPLETELY HEALED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER EFFECTS.MY FRIEND HAD A MORE DIFFICULT SIMILAR SITUATION THAT COST HIM CLOSE TO $2000.00 MY COST WAS $45.00 THANK YOU CARE SPOT URGENT CARE.
