The staff was extremely helpful. Dr Santin was amazing.He listened to all my needs and explained the treatment better than any primary doctor I ever had. There was no waiting and I was even offered free medication as a courtesy. Im honestly impressed . I will definitely be using their services for me and for my family if needed in the future.

Horrible patient care. Not only did I have to wait 3 hours to be seen but the nurses are so uninterested in helping the patient. They are lacking compassion. They needs more employees because they are definitely short staffed. So unprofessional and irresponsible. Sick people come here to be seen not to sit in pain for hours in a chair.

Baptist was thorough with tests and medications but they took so long! I was brought in the back almost immediately but waited for almost an hour for the doctor to see me and another hour for my discharge papers after he had seen me.

The wait is crazy it is always full the doctor on floor doesnt kown anything. I have been to other urgwnt care from baptist and are excellent but this location is horrible.
