Horrible experience!! Am a professional in the health care industry, and I have never been to a clinic where patient are treated so poorly. My husband was sent to this clinic to have a physical exam. From the moment, we walked in the fort desk personnel are extremely rude, and impolite. When my husband was called in the medical assistant had a horrible attitude, and spoke to patient including myself, and my husband in such a poor and unprofessional manner. After waiting 5 min inside. The medical assistant, and another employee totally violated HIPPA law. Openly and freely in such a comfortable, humored manner began to speak about an older gentleman case that was seen before us. My husband, and myself felt so uncomfortable that husband decided to gather his paper work, and go elsewhere to have his physical done. Coming from the healthcare industry where professionalism is so critical, and fundamental, to a clinic where professionalism is inessential, and insignificant was very troublesome. I DO NOT recommend this facility in any circumstance to any future patient. Save your money and provided to a clinic that while provide you the service that a patient deserves.

The wait time here is ridiculous. Took 45 minutes for my number to be called, and that was just to take my info. I was only 12 numbers behind when I arrived. Took another hour or so to finish, and all I had to do was pee in a cup. Unless you come here at 7am, be ready to wait a long time (and have a lot of trouble parking )

Health care center of Miami is the worst place to come and take a drug test they have no consideration for youre time and no organization to sort out the different needs of there patient. I have waited more than 40 minutes for a rapid drugs test the takes 5 minutes to perform.

If you need a DOT medical card, the staff are pleasant and will be fair and honest with you. Parking isnt the greatest. Best time is to arrive an hour before they open, you will be done in about 30 minutes or sooner. Sometimes after 3pm is ok if you catch them right with Parking.

After they opened we sat around for 30 minutes before they called any numbers. They dont know what anyone is there for until they call their number. The employees are rude and spend more time chatting that doing their jobs.
