Im a very patient person and i hate complaining. So me taking time out to write this review means a lot. This is the worst medical office Ive been to. They are so disorganized! They always mess up my daughters appointment and her records. Being first time mom I am very anxious to get my daughters health checked. But this place just screws things up. After 4 months dealing with them I decided to pull my daughter out of their care. Now getting my daughters medical records is a nightmare as well! I keep sending them the medical release form and three times they say they dont have a record of it! I had to postpone my appointments with my new doctor because I cant get her records from this place! I know Riverside Med Group is a big corporation and my review may mean nothing to them but this is why its better to go to a smaller practice or clinic. This place is like a factory they dont care about you and your baby. You are just a number to them.

Dr. Baker is truly one of the best pediatricians in the state of NEW JERSEY. My husband and I couldnt be happier with the advice and care we get from Dr.Baker for our son. All we can really say is see for yourself. You wont regret having him as your childrens pediatrician. For as long as I live in NEW JERSEY he will always be my sons doctor soon to be 2 of my sons doctor. Not to mention he has nothing but a great team behind him. Thank you DR. BAKER and RIVERSIDE MEDICAL TEAM for all your hard work. ♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Baker is the best pediatrician any family can come in contact with. He is always available for advice, my daughter had 103 fever for 7 days, he was always available to talk to and get advice via texting. No pediatrician gives their number to anyone but he does, which shows that he does actually care. Hes a very humble and patient with parents, especially crazy ones like me. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Z Baker is nothing but the best I love the fact that he will treat your child and gives you two options of treatment if the first one doesnt work which is rarely because his first option is always right and works exactly how he tells you it will be. He will give you a plan B to work with. Dr. Z Baker is the best Pediatrician I have met and I highly recommend him!
