If I could possibly give this office zero stars I would. I have been a patient for 7 years, but have honestly only been there a handful of times as I would rather be sick than sit for eternity in the waiting room. It does not matter if I have an appointment or if I am a walk-in. It is always the same experience...wait a LONG time. Today I walked in on my lunch break and the waiting room was completely empty. In the meantime 3 more people arrived. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, they started calling those people. This time it seems having an appointment actually mattered. The last time, when I did have an appointment, I waited over an hour and watched "emergencies" jump the line. One such "emergency" was an irresponsible 16 year old girl vomitting from a bad hangover. The vibe that I get from this place is "we dont care about you but we love $$$$$$$". Never again....

Visited Saturday regarding discomfort in the rib cage. Dr. Ajemian had a very calm manner, was thorough, and explained his diagnosis in easy to understand terms. I was impressed with the doctor, and his assistant. This was my first visit and I will be back. Very pleasant office. Today the appointment was easy to make. A summary of my visit was emailed a short time later. V V

I have been there a couple of times and never had to wait more than 10 minute. I think that is because I went early in the morning before they get busy,. I did wait 4 days for the Doctor to call me back with blood test results which would have helped me control my shingle diagnosis earlier and get started on the right medicine.
