Im a dad of a 2 and a half year old girl. My first visit to this location was with the Director, Dr. Shah, who was fantastic. If I was reviewing just that visit, it would be five stars for sure. I went in with my scared little girl who was clearly not feeling well. Dr. Shah and his staff were great at comforting her (and me) while checking her ears for an ear infection. We got a Rx and were on our way after a great visit to the doctor However, about a month later that same little girl who left the facility smiling with two stickers last time, was traumatized by Dr. Joseph Choe, who was simply awful. My wife and I took her together the second time for a sore throat. This time, rather than friendly pediatrician Shah, we got tough guy Dr. Choe who literally physically held my little two year old girl down while jamming something in her throat to check for strep. He then did the same to check her ears. I have no idea how he possibly got a decent look at anything with my scared girl freaking out and crying uncontrollably. Regardless, he was quick to diagnose her with both strep and an ear infection. Needless to say, we had her checked again later by a real pediatrician only to learn there was no strep or infection warranting antibiotics. Anyway, I allowed myself time to calm down after that visit before writing this review so as not to bad mouth a doctor who may simply have been having a bad day (we were the only patient in the facility at the time by the way so it wasnt like he was busy). However, it has now been a month and my little girl still talks about how she doesnt want to go to JoeChoe. She has been traumatized by that awful doctor who should be anything but a pediatrician. Kids are scared and vulnerable when they dont feel good and should not be bullied or forced into position. Anyway the facility is great and if you get Dr. Shah, definitely worth a visit. My recommendation though would be to call ahead to make sure its not JoeChoe who will be seeing your child. Youll regret it if it is.

They misdiagnosed my son when he clearly had strep throat. I feel that the PA are incompetent. Based on his symptoms it was clearly bacterial and she insisted it was viral. They were basically telling all the patients it was viral bc I could hear it from the next room so that patients would be in and out fast. They said that their lab would call to confirm or not if it was strep, they never called. I had to take him to his regular doctor the next day and pay another co-pay to be told is was DEF strep throat. When I called and told them that and sent email no response. I still had to pay my co-insurance for basically a wrong diagnosis and waste of time.

We were out of state, visiting my mom in NJ and my daughter suddenly started complaining about the pain in her ear. Luckily I found this place on my providers directory. They are open till 12, we came in around 10, it was empty. Were called in very quickly. The staff was extremely nice, the doctor was helpful, the facility clean and very child-friendly! I was very happy that I found this place and didnt have to sit in some ER half of the night instead.

Very helpful... my 2 year old son needed to see a doctor on a Sunday, and did not want to go to the ER.. The place was very clean, child friendly.. staff was professional and friendly. Dr seemed clinically savvy. Wait time was very short, and the service was excellent. It was our first experience in a walk-in medical clinic, and it was as positive as it can be with a sick 2 year old.

Very knowledgeable and Friendly Staff and Doctors. Great experience with Dr. Shah Nikhil. Very clean urgent care and you never wait long. I would recommend to all parents this is the best PM pediatrics urgent care.

Reserved a spot online and didnt wait long at all. The Dr. And nurses where great. My 2 year old liked them even though she was not well. Highly recommend this place if you need to take your kid.
