The admin team is rude, unwelcoming and extremely unprofessional. When you call over to the office, the staff does not identify themselves, and do not mention what office you are reaching. Also, there is one person there who is very shouty and has poor listening skills. The standards for healthcare are much higher now, and it is the same for the admin support team. I hope their management does something to improve their frontline support team service.
